They accept triple A and AARP for discounts. The same 2 service employees are always working behind the counter. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and usually better than AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts. They accept returns as well with a smile. I will be back with more business soon for my older truck. ✌

NAPA was always the gold standard but often higher priced and for a decade or so price was my highest concern. (Also Irish parts store very near home.) I told my wife I'd shop 4 local parts stores before she shopped online. NAPA had needed part, in stock, for $100 less. Comparable to online without the shipping delay. Will be back

I was actually surprised when I went in and asked for a voltage regulator for a 1955 Farmall Cub tractor. He asked 6 or 12 volt, I said 6 and he went and grabbed one and brought it to me. Now I can finish my rewire project and not have to wait to get one delivered!

My favorite Napa store in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

Best place to get automotive parts

I was at this location and I was needing some pins for weather pack plug, The customer service associate was so kindly to bring me a box out so I can buy the particular pins that I was looking for and some of the plastic grommets and seals that I needed and was very helpful for this task on hand. I would tell people to go to this Napa if they're in the area of blue springs you guys have a great business at that location

I drive out of my way to go to this location. They are always helpful and almost always have what I need in stock. Did an AC evaporator replacement and they had both parts and special equipment needed for the job. Keep it up!

The crew there knows their stuff and the prices are fair. Its anecdotal, but I feel like the part quality is better than others auto stores for a bout the same price.

Getting the right parts the first time without the dumbed down hassle of the other box stores is worth the premium prices you may pay on some of the items sold here... I've never had a bad experience with NAPA
