Fresh, delicious & creative seafood dishes!! The best red snapper taco I've ever had 🤩 friendly service & old Florida atmosphere. We'll be back!

The steamed shrimp was bathed in a garlic-butter sauce and was outstanding in flavor! The mahi mahi fish taco was topped with mango chunks and cheese creating a nice contrasting flavor. The seating is rustic adding to a great meal experience. Overall, we all agreed that the Wild Sassa food was a great find and the dishes cooked are out of this world. We give them 3 Michelin stars! ⭐ ⭐⭐

The seared ahi tuna tacos were delicious! There was a short line when we arrived for lunch on a weekday, and we got our food in about ten minutes. We enjoyed checking out a heron that was wandering around too. Would definitely return and try something else!

Been coming here for years and it is absolutely amazing every single time! These women know what they are doing. Fresh seafood always cooked perfectly. So many different options and each one is just as good as the other. Excellent service and an over all good time with a great view. I'd give them more than five stars if I could!

When I say this is a little bit of paradise in our small county but let me tell you. The two lady’s that own it. Put their blood sweat and tears into making it what it is place today. They are extremely kind. The food is always fresh quick and super delicious 10/10 recommend. Will be there again soon.

This food trailer is perfect in every way! Amazing fresh, healthy food. Home made with love. I've eaten here twice and will make it a regular stop. The ladies are friendly and the atmosphere is nature and calm. Its a must, just go!

I brought a friend who was visiting the area so that he could experience a local favorite. He raved about his shrimp burger! My fish tacos were fresh & tasty as well. We missed out on the stone crab chowder - already sold out. Get there early! We loved sitting outside under the oaks, eating yummy food & watching the boats go by. Worth a stop!!

Five stars does not do it justice, best shrimp and tuna tacos I have ever had. Seriously cannot go wrong, just flat out delicious with great atmosphere! Just wish the hours longer and more consistent day to day.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Wild Sassa today! It was the last weekend to get the stone crab chowder and I am so happy we didn’t miss it! It was loaded with crab in a creamy, flavorful base. The wild shrimp tacos were served in grilled flour tortillas and came with a delicious fresh mango salsa topping. We will definitely be return customers!

We loved this place so much, we ate here twice during our week's vacation to Homosassa. The "shrimpy" is so good! The ladies running this place are wonderful and you might have to wait a minute, but that's because it's real food and they are putting it together so well. Gluten free options! That was hard for me to find in the area, so I was happy to find this. But my family isn't gluten free and they loved the quesadillas, crab chowder and tacos. I had a basket both times and it's so filling and fresh. They put fresh fruit with each meal. I cannot recommend this place enough! Plus, you get to sit by the river, watching the boats and we were visited by ducks and ibises and pelicans.

We were in town for a few days and always love to find local eats. This was some of the most memorable food and so incredibly fresh. Everyone was able to find something they liked. The owners went above and beyond to smile and serve. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

All I can say is MORE PLEASE! I had the fish tacos and the shrimp tacos and loved them. I really appreciate that they offer GF corn tortillas. We also took home some wild shrimp sold by the pound with garlic butter and they are amazing! Can't wait to go back tomorrow. You gotta try it!

My wife and I come here for lunch once a week after our long snorkeling adventures! I can not tell how much we look forward to having our lunch at Wild Sassa’s every Sunday! Bridgette & Michelle are truly the sweetest & make phenomenal shrimp tacos & red snapper tacos! We highly recommend eating here & trying everything on their menu!!

This little spot is well worth the detour on the trip between Tallahassee and Tampa. The tuna tacos and crab chowder are the best I’ve had of either and the ladies running it are so nice.

Really good tacos. Be sure you know when they are open, read the menu ahead of time, and not in a hurry. But if you're in a hurry, why did you make your way here in the first place?
Everything is fresh and nothing is fried.
Highly recommend as an easy stop on a day you don't want to navigate the 'usual' busier spots.

Our favorite place to eat. Very rustic but fun. Food always fresh and delicious. The gals who own it are so nice.
