JOANN Fabric and Crafts

One of the assistants, Jacob, was awesome with the customers. I wanted to use a coupon for my fabrics. As he was assisting another customer, I knew what to do from his directions to her. As he was trying to help me complete my purchase, I was still downloading the app. It took me a while to sign up, but he was really patient. Then, he asked me what project I was working on. He found out that I was a teacher, and he helped me get an additional discount. As I was completing everything, I noticed him greet and assist every customer either entering the store or checking out. Great customer service this was!

What a wonderful selection of fabric and craft supplies. So much fun shopping here. The check out system stinks, often one check out station open when a line is waiting. Also answering phone inquiries while checking out customers stinks. There are 4-5 checkout stations available they should use them.

This place is huge! A lot of selection in fabrics, storage carts/bins and embroidery/sewing machines. Also found some nice decor for St. Patrick's day. There was more to see, but we ran out of time. The staff we came in contact with were very kind.

I always find what I am looking fir plus a bit extra!

The employees at this Joann's are always super nice, and they also help you with any questions you have on the projects you are working on because they are crafters themselves. I can't remember the young lady who helped cut my fabric, but she was really kind and we had a great conversation as she cut yards and yards for me, lol!

Kayla was an amazing help today. Even though she was obviously very busy unpacking and organizing while also helping her coworkers, she talked me through crochet and the things I might need for the purpose. Great staffing Joanne's! Don't let that one go!

All the necessities for sewing, cutting, painting, baking, and other craft projects can be found here or on their app. They always have something on sale and a coupon or two available for in-store or online shopping.

Bummed that my first trip to a Joann's ended before it began - the store was closed at noon on a Sunday? There were a few disappointed crafters standing around and reading the note on the door.

I come in here often with my mom and never have posted review. This time I just could not help myself, we love Becky and Andrea so much! Becky especially is always so happy and very helpful. Completely recommend her in the fabric section, Andrea has a wonderful personality and happy spirit. Come here if you’re looking for great customer service and a variety of fabric options amongst other things.

I enjoy my shopping experience every time I go. And I like that the staff always ask about my project when I’m buying material. You never know when you can receive (or give) great advice! Thank you, JF&C staff!

I have been trying to make a quilt for my pregnant sister in law. My nephew is now 2. I was going to make one for my pregnant daughter, my grandson is 2mo old now. I’m trying to make a quilt for my son’s pregnant wife. He or she may be 15 by the time I get it done. But no matter how bad I am at this, they always have what I need at great prices and a staff that is always ready to answer any questions I have. I love that place.

This was my third visit to this store, and come only because I bring my wife, but I do enjoy looking around at the great selection of items. I myself, do not sew or do anything with fabric, but my wife loves to crochet, and always seems to find what she needs to complete her projects. The store appears to be very organized, clean, and well stocked. The prices seem reasonable as well. Friendly staff make the visit even more enjoyable, especially for someone like me who would rather be at a home improvement store. Great store overall.

I love this place. I prefer doing curbside pickup so I can use my 25 percent off coupon, and staff is usually out in less than five minutes to bring it to me.

I love this store. They have knowledgeable staff, the app always has amazing coupons, the store is organized, and it's easy to get help if you need it.
The ladies at the fabric counter are super helpful when you're trying to figure something out.
I've never taken a class myself, but I hear they are hosted by amazing people! I'm looking forward to taking a class ASAP.
They have a great selection for beginners to experts in every hobby section. I just picked up sewing and I've been able to find quality products for beginners without breaking the bank.
And I feel it's worth mentioning again, DOWNLOAD THE APP!! Tons of coupons, I don't pay full price for anything. :)

Nice fabric selection. The workers that cut my fabric are always super nice and helpful with sale information. I can usually catch a good sale on fabric and needles, sometimes you just have to wait till the next week because the sales rotate.

Wow what a place. I have been here a couple other times a couple years ago and didn't have very many people there at the time but this time I needed one yard of material and when I found the yard I was 25 numbers off of the number being served. The ladies at the materials desk were awesome and we're helping people as fast as they could even though the wait was a little long. While we were waiting the lady at the sewing machines shared with us some of the new features on the machines and even let us try out a couple of stitches. It was fun and enjoyable. Really impressed on how the workers handled all of the customers. Especially a few that were a little put out because of the delay

I was able to get the fabric I needed here. They had so much fabric that I didn't even know what to do though. There were so many materials and a plethora of opportunities. I love this store! Great customer service as well.

Great people that work here, they helped me find multiple items and not one person pointed and said go find it on aisle such and such. They took me to the item and answered my questions then helped me find the next item. It was like I had a bunch of personal shoppers. Hands down, best customer service I've ever received.

I've always had such positive experiences at Joann stores in general, and this one is no exception! The people here are always so sweet and helpful. Just today a woman took the time to explain how all the online coupons worked, helped me choose which ergonomic crochet hooks to get, AND explained the return policy just in case the hooks didn't work out! Frankly I'd give more stars if I could!
