Normally find what I need. This Lowe's is better than the Opelousas location. Customer service is agreeable. Nice paint selection and lighting department.

The Guy Troy, was a great 👍 person. He helped me all through my transaction. Very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond in his duties. He deserves a 10.

Floor associate was excellent. Very happy with my purchase!

Crowley, LA is our store. 2 fridges, 2 freezers, stove, oven, dishwasher all from Lowe’s and performing well. Lowe’s card give 5% off in addition to sale/promotion prices. Ordered a new freezer over the phone recently and it was delivered in less than 24 hrs. I also like to scan the store for markdowns and have made some surprising deals. Of course I make scores of purchases of specialty items for home and garden, like 125 bags of pine bark mulch to help during our recent drought. No complaints and their associates are always helpful.

Lowe's will have all household stuff you need .Gardening stuff , pesticides ,insect / termite repellent.wood , fixing materials,tools .

I built my home out of this store 11 years ago. I still shop there, and see familar faces in the employees. The older people there are truly professionals in their jobs.
I for one, am sold on this particular store.
5/13/21. Today I had another good experience at my Lowes. I had the best salesperson in flooring that I've ever had. He answered my questions, didn't rush my wife, figured the correct sq. Footage, and offered help loading. We were in an out much faster than I could believe. Ask for 'Don'. He was great. Floor looks great.

Today I had the salesperson that you hope you can find in Lowes.
Desaray Ledet noticed I needed help as she was passing by me, and asked me was I finding what I needed. She looked for the person in charge of lumber, and he was outside. She found what I couldn't, a particular finish board I needed, in just a couple minutes. I drove 30 minutes to get there, and was about to go home empty-handed. Kudos to Desaray, and Lowes again!

Usually I shop at Home Depot, but this was my first experience at Lowe's in years and I was not disappointed.

Great place to shop for lumber home decor etc.

Like this"North Side" store, the staff are knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. All customer accessible are kept clutter free and well-lit, even the parking lot. These attributes can help customers to be more respectful and understanding to staff and fellow patrons.

Good stock, relatively easy to find stuff (for a hardware store).

Today I went to LOWE'S in carencro,La., around 5p. today and I have to say, the black lady working in the paint dept. was on point!! She is what I like to call "the whole package". She came to me as soon as she saw me (i was a lost pup) she knew exactly what I wanted and where it was. Confident and spoke well. Blew my mind when I went to put the paint bucket in my car and I had to Brace myself on the car door, use my knee to help me get it in my car without falling down or asking someone to help me. The lady working in the paint dept put it in the basket like it was nothing!! total package. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for this visit.. 🙂

Lowe's had a great sale on appliances that ends today. Got a $750 washing machine for $500. Also had the option to get a Lowe's credit card and pay it off within 12 months - interest free. Great deal.

We shop at Lowe's a lot, we are in need of home repairs do it yourself pretty often, Lowe's always has what we need.

Trevor, in flooring, is absolutely amazing. Over the span of two days, and multiple hours spent in the store, he was able to get us the correct carpet we needed. He was willing to go above and beyond, LITERALLY. He and his team were trying for two days to get carpet that we wanted down from the back of the warehouse. He was determined to get it, and found a way to get us the product we needed. Their equipment was preventing them from getting it in the first place, but he and his team were able to get it effectively for us. He spent tremendous time with us, and throughout the whole time, he was incredibly kind and helpful to us. We just bought our own home, and tried replacing carpet ourselves. He gave us fantastic advice on top of helping us pick it out. We are incredibly thankful for Trevor and his department, without which we would still be trying to find the right kind of carpet. Thank you again, Trevor. Lowes, give him a raise!! :)

I love lowe's employees are always helpful you can ask them something and they will stop to help you.

Very nice staff. Had to park in the back because I have a big rig and needed some 4x4's for the next pickup and they were very accommodating!

Only self checkout open and items scan wrong price. Also clearance item scanned wrong and had to wait bout 15 minutes for someone to come and then to b see told clearance item can't be scanned at self checkout but that was the only ones open. An the girl would roll eyes at us when asked when someone coming to help. There should be someone at CK. Outs with more professionalism with customers. That was the worst visit there ever.

I went to Lowes in Carencro, LA. G helped me in the garden department. I went to him, asked him a question, he took me to the peoduct, got me a cart, pushed it to the register, took it out to the car and unloaded it. Its hard to get good service anymore, but G did an excellent, much appreciated, job!

The sales person was very professional and sweet..he helped me find all I needed and answered all my questions..he did a wonderful job ...will definitely be back

I shopped at Lowes today for a washing machine. The young man who helped me was so courteous, very patient, and kind to me. His name is Jeremiah. I am 77 years old and have great difficulty understanding and hearing. Jeremiah was so very patient in answering all of my questions and repeating everything he said to me over and over again with great patience and kindness. It was such a pleasure to have someone like Jeremiah to help me. God bless this young man! 🙏🏼Lowes is so fortunate to have someone like him as an employee! Thank you Jeremiah!
