If you go into this store, definitely ask for Brittany. She was very helpful and had a great personality.

April was very patient and helpful with the issue my phone was having. There was an error in transferring a number from an existing att business account and we had to call support. Took two hours before they finally fixed the issues so April could activate the new card. Over those two hours, April was kind, patient, and very friendly. If you go here, ask for April.

Ms. April was very kind and informative throughout the experience. She helped narrow down my options to pick the phone that would best suit my needs without being intrusive or pushy. Overall she was a great experience to have

Only one sales associate in store upon entering; one gentleman walked in ahead of me, but he acknowledged us both and told me he would be with me shortly. He was able to take care of both of us at the same time.

The girl that helped us was Brittany and she was incredibly helpful. She actually opened the door for me on my way in and helped us immediately. We got there only 30 minutes from closing time but she never rushed us at all. My boyfriend and I came in to switch him from T-Mobile to AT&T. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I have been with AT&T for a while and I'm glad that I was able to give my boyfriend a great first impression, he loves his new Samsung S 23 Ultra!! Thank you, Brittany!! You deserve a Raise!!

Was very pleased with the help from April she was very knowledgeable about the plan I have and the new phone that my son got from her.

Ralph was absolutely wonderful with all the help, courtesy he showed me, and resolved all the issues I had switching over a line to AT&T. Helped walk me through a new phone also during a phone call hours later. He couldn't have been more kind to me and the crazy situation with my previous carrier issues. A+++++

The circumstances that have unfolded with my situation, I feel, were an incredible test of the employees at this location. Stating that Ralph and Alex went above and beyond is an understatement. Listen, short handed days of employees happen in any work realm and if we are all honest, there is truth in saying it's realistic for those days to happen. The amount of time I spent at this location in the past week due to my situation, gave me enough to see these employees, especially Ralph, handle what was at hand.

Ralph never waivered from being patient, energetic, willing to help, graceful, or respectful towards each and every single customer that walked through that door. He was adamant at fixing the issue with situation while also handling the concerns and needs of other customers. He worked tirelessly from the time he clocked in to even AFTER HOURS. I let him know personally how much I admired his work ethic in these stressful circumstances.

Alex handled a different situation at hand and provided me the proper steps at how to take care of it. Not once did I ever doubt his concern nor his professionalism in getting to the bottom of it.

These two gentlemen have put this location on a pedestal for me. They are a location that I not only TRUST in taking care of my concerns but also because of their knowledgeable staff.

I want to reiterate again.. Saying that Ralph and Alex went above and beyond is quite simply an understatement. If any new employees are able to work and learn from these gentleman's professionalism, knowledge of products and promotions, respectfullness, and work ethic, then they will be top notch.

Bryce was amazing. Go see him for anything AT&T. He’s not your typical saleman. He will tell you everything like it is without cutting corners. I rather a salesman be honest with my money! Thanks bud.

Brice at your Carencro La location was Awesome!!!! Provided excellent, fast, friendly service. Saved my two children and I my two children and I so much money and made us feel like family. I recommend anyone in the area to visit that location and ask for him. You will not believe the savings! That's why my family and I have been with at&t over 20 yrs. GO BRICE!!!!!

Carencro AT&T made more than a sale, they made a friend. Alex was training a new person in store named Bryce and the dynamics were there. As a manager Alex sure knew how to make his employees feel welcome. We were laughing the whole time from start to finish. I've never felt so comfortable making a purchase than I did that day. Good job you 2!
