The UPS Store

I recently visited this UPS store and had a fantastic experience. The store was clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this UPS store to others.

After 3 different UPS stores, I finally ended up here and they were so helpful and willing to help me figure out how to ship an antique family item across the country to my new house. Chris and Beth were both so accommodating and helpful, special ordering a large box for me and packing the item as securely as possible. It was really nice to have the team have such a can do attitude when all the other UPS stores shoo’d me away. The item came slightly damaged but mostly due to the handling of the product, the packaging was excellent. Overall, I’m so happy that the team at this UPS store were able to help me with such an odd and difficult request.

Staff was very nice and cordial. They explained everything thoroughly.

I used to love this store until recently… They have a new hire (I think) and he does not care about anything except going home. Granted I came in last five minutes before closing which I’ve done 100 times due to work and I had three simple Amazon returns he screwed them all up now I have to go through Amazon bs… Long story short “you’re only as good as the people that work with/for you”… this new hire, brought the store from five(+5)stars to a negative one -1.

What is great about the UPS Store... they let me spread my mess about, and assist me till o get it all organised & undercontroll, no pressure, help with pens, tape, scissors & find zip code or what they can. Great atmosphere, relaxed & helpful. Thank you.
