This store was a first for me....it's very well put together...I loved that they had a lot of sizes from long to short ,nice quality ..the staff was amazing....I was trying on pants and the staff was never to busy to run me the next size up or down....over great experience....however I'm a cheaper person and spending 86.00 on a pair of jeans was out of my comfort zone..although my husband did get some shirts which we were both pleased with

Amazing customer service! They helped me find the jeans in store that I was looking at on their website. I was looking to buy 2 pairs of jeans and a darling brunette brought me a handful of different jeans to my dressing room to find the perfect match, I wish I remembered her name she made me feel so comfortable and confident! Organized and well-stocked store.

My husband and I went in to shop for him some jeans last evening and we had an amazing experience in Buckle! The staff came over immediately and helped up make selections based on suggestions from them. They were extremely helpful when it came to finding his sizes in the back if not on the shelf. They were kind of busy but it didn't stop them from being helpful and attentive..... all of them and one lady that said she has worked there for 7 years (maybe Liz?) I didn't get their names but now I wish I had because everyone that was working this past Saturday evening (04/23/22) was absolutely amazing and knew their stuff when it came to their products. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option.

Loved this store. Great selection of cloths, shoes etc. Staff was very helpful.

My husband always complains about the pricing here because they have quality clothes but after going elsewhere I tried on like thirty shirts and he said well I think these other clothes look cheap and not nice like buckle so moral of the story is u get what u pay for therefore just go to buckle and have your clothes u love not just like. Plus the girls are excellent here helping as long as its not overly busy. Just tell the husband to shhhhooshhhh. He will tell u how pretty u are later and he can thank buckle

Love the selections of jeans. Service was great. Tell them your size and they gather all sorts of selections for you and have a room ready. Plus they offer free alterations. Love love love

This store is really great , everything I got fits just right I was helped by two great girls there , unable to see there faces!! Do to covid lol . But I call them my two Blond hair angels , they helped me from the moment I set foot in the store till I was out the store, helped me spend money. I will differently go back to Cali and shop there im from topock 3hr drive was worth the trip thank you girls

I bought a couple of new pair of jeans and a nice shirt she bought a couple pair of shorts and a shirt the one lady is so helpful and nice and friendly we enjoy her all's I know is she is the taller blond lady I don't remember her name

Unique jeans that won't be found in other places. Great customer service. Excellent customer service. Excellent customer satisfaction and prices are reasonable. My wife loves this store.

This clothing store is my favorite and everyone is very helpful and I would recommend If you like Quality clothes then you get what you pay for.I can never go there without buying several things.Oh yes they really stand behind their products even if it's just a button

I learned of Miss Me jeans by accident and loved them. I decided to purchase a couple more pair from Buckle @ Viictoria Gardens. In May of 2014 I purchased a couple pair and again.. loved them. The store is attractive and the employees are very personable and friendly. Just yesterday... 4 months after purchase.. my favorite pair (back pocket angel wing) experienced a rip in the back side. I was without a reciept and did not know how the store would or could accomodte an exchange.. I was helped by Ramon who was very kind and promptly ordered a replacement pair with no muss - no fuss. What great customer serrvice!!!! Even though the brand is a little spendy.. it is well worth the service and stlye of the wide variety of clothing they have.. 5 stars in my book! I will definately be shopping that Buckle location more!.

This store, in Victoria Gardens, has more stock and more variety than Buckle in Palm Desert or Temecula. I've been to all 3. If you're looking for rockin' cowboy boots , or distressed booties, this is the the place. The custom leather bracelets are breathtaking and very unique. Yes, they carry handbags. The jeans are not only of high quality, but they carry almost every size even hard to find sizes. A real plus is that Buckle will tailor the hems for us shorties out there free of charge. Overall, you can spend at least an hour in this store looking at all the beautiful merchandise. Add another hour for trying it on and attempting to make up your mind!!! Bring lots of cashola!

Theresa at buckle found pants that fit my body shape and shirts that were flattering. Thank you Theresa for making my shopping day fun instead of terrifying. I will be back for flame pieces!

Solid store a little bit higher in price but none of their clothes have fallen apart.
