I am extremely grateful to the staff of this location, they saved my bacon yesterday when I was having car trouble. I was able to use their loan-a-tool service to fix my vehicle, but then it wouldn't start and needed a jump. When I went in to return the tools, they had a portable jump starter and one of the guys came out and helped me jump my car. I would've had a way worse and more difficult time without their excellent customer service. Thank you guys so much!

Auto one in Schertz on FM3009 is outstanding. My car was losing its charge and Joe checked the battery and charged it as well. He determined my battery was fine but my alternator was bad. Saved me from buying a battery. Thank you Joe for the outstanding and friendly service!!!

I can't thank these guys enough, I was in town from Houston visiting the Caverns and our check engine light came on on our way back. It was a weekend so every shop was closed, but thankfully this AutoZone wasn't. I cant remember the mans name who helped me scan and identify the issue but he helped me out and loaned me some tools and I was able to fix the issue on the spot. Truly saved our weekend trip!

Went to Autozone in Schertz on FM 3009, due to me needing to get a car battery. The young man there who assisted me, not only recommended the battery I need, but he, without hesitation, installed battery for no extra charge. That, in itself, was quite refreshing. Talk about Great Customer Service. Outstanding.

I needed my battery tested and decided to stop here on my way home from work. There was a new young man, Karrie, that helped me and even though he was 2 days onboard, he provided outstanding service. The service manager, Keanu was very helpful also. Let's keep on supporting Schertz businesses.

Needed a new car battery. Wayne came out and tested the old one. We determined it didn’t hold a charge. We walked back in and he presented various options that met my needs. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive battery from the get go as another store did. Wayne was super nice and very helpful. Ask for Wayne next time you’re at this store!

I love coming to this Autozone when I’m in San Antonio! Monique is always so helpful! And extremely knowledgeable, she helped me diagnose the issues I was having with my car as well as guided me through changing out my spark plugs in the parking lot. I've been to this FM3009 location several times for small fix projects and one that's about 2 steps from being outside of my league of being a shadow of an amateur mechanic.

Each visit, I run into helpful folks who offer ideas and experience--something a guy like me can put to use. Tonight, I worked with Alan K. again. It's not the first time I've worked with him, so I know his professionalism is steady. He puts a little extra energy into helping his customers consistently... and he's not the only one there that's putting in the work. It's a great team from what I see.

I also noticed that the store owner frequently follows up on communication on here left by reviewers, so I expect Alan and team will be recognized for being solid assets to AutoZone and this location. That routine follow-up speaks a little bit about the leadership, also. Thanks.

Nothing but the absolute best customer service!!! Every single person working was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lawanda was the sweetest. Helped me fill my windshield wiper fluid and noticed some erosion on by battery . One of the guys inside came out poured some stuff on it and then they scrubbed it a little with a brush and it was good as new. Lawanda and I are definitely soul sisters and the two sweet women outside with her as well. Thank you SO much!!!

Ricky (a manager) was absolutely AMAZING! He helped me determine that I needed a new battery, gave his honest opinion and even installed it for me. He was so kind and patient. I cannot thank him enough! So glad he was the one to help me. Thank you!!!
