Dunkin'

I usually opt for drive-thru, but today, we chose to go in, and it was a very good experience.
In this location, you have the option of ordering in a touch screen and waiting for your order or just go directly to the front and order (as you would in any other place). We used the touch screens, and it was a great experience. Very convenient and fast, plus my kids could see the options(menu) better. The staff were very friendly, though I was a bit upset they forgot my drink so I had to talk to someone about it, but they took care of it quickly!
The place is easy to spot from the road, and inside it is clean.

Awesome store, been here multiple times and it does have its bad days but they never fail to deliver, thanks you guys! Even did some freelance photography of their store and products! My personal favorite being the chicken roasted pepper wrap with some avocado spread!

Little shop in the middle of Cibolo construction!! We had a great breakfast and it was after 10:30 am!! Warm bagels with egg and cheese (missed the bacon) and they have big sausage kolaches or pigs in a blanket with small, round seasoned hash browns! My bagel was not greasy or messy. Great place to stop! We'll be back!!!! Great prices too!! We ordered to go and it was super fast.

My favorite place mainly because of the staff but the Boston cream donuts and iced coffee adds to it too. The atmosphere is pretty awesome, and the staff is so welcoming. Keep up the great work!

This is the most beautiful, clean and convenient Dunkin' donuts I've ever been!

The interior is brand new, has a nice ambiance. The terrace is spacious and great to sit.

This is my favorite Dunkin location. It is conveniently close and the customer service is great. The lady at the window was so sweet. My favorite thing to get from here is the vanilla bean frappe and the chocolate munchkins.

Hian was so kind about correcting my drink when I asked for a modification after ordering. My drink was delicious and the team and manager were very courteous. Thank you for a great experience & good vibes for my pick up order!

Healthy breakfast sandwiches and coffee bring me here at least once per month. I like it a lot. I don't use the drive-thru at all. I noticed Google maps drops the pin in the wrong place - it is in Cibolo and half a block from exit 176 on the freeway.

I used the app to place on order, but made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location. I went in to see if they could cancel that order and reassign it to themselves but they couldn't. The manager was amazing and gave me the order free of charge. Now they gained me as a lifetime customer. Thank you Dunkin!

I was on vacation in Cibolo Tx we stopped by for some donuts.. location is very nice.. clean and the employees are very friendly and professional.

I go through the drive thru and I have to say that Cheyennes customer service skills is one of the best ! No matter if I have my life together or not she is always so kind and helpful . In a world full of ppl with attitudes and laziness I just had to take the time out and show my appreciation to her as a worker and human . I don’t ever really write reviews but in this day in time the good works should get some praise . Thank you to her for making my chaotic morning just a little easier by simply being so kind .

I love Dunkin. Their food and drinks are great! Trevor, Krissie, and Tyler all gave me great service, and their hashbrowns and blended matcha are exquisite!
Would dine here again and am grateful to support Dunkin'!

I absolutely love this dunkin! All the staff are absolutely incredible, always doing best to serve food and drinks with a smile, the kids that work here do such a good job, I’ll always be coming back!

The staff is fast and efficient. It's clean environment. Their service is great and timely. Definitely cominy back o this location.

All the staff that have assisted me are pleasant. The drinks are delicious and the hot food items are tasty. The seating area is mostly clean and comfortable.
