Thanks to their help, I found a sleek small ergonomic standing desk that not only looks classy and professional but also comes equipped with the latest plugs. From new grads to new in town Furniture Row has everything one will need to setup their home.

Pros, courteous, knowledgeable. 1 thing I didn't like is the delivery lag time ... too long! I had to pay the entire amount then wait for almost 2 months, if not longer for the item to be delivered. That rime needs to be reduced. I still consider Furniture Row excellent. Until next time..

Mr. Murtaugh was very helpful in answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable and professional, and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase, which is atypical of my past experiences. His approach made the entire process much more pleasant and stress-free, especially in dealing with my specific needs and working through the different options.

I had a wonderful experience at Furniture Row today. I was guided through the showroom by Irma and she gave some great recommendations and then let me view the showroom at my leisure. I found a wonderful sectional that was SO comfy, was guided through financing, and left a very happy customer. I can’t wait til my furniture comes in! I really enjoyed Stacey’s calm, no pressure nature. She was super easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel rushed, or like I was obligated to anything. I felt very comfortable committing to a purchase from her.

We literally spent two days visiting at least 5 stores and trying out sofas. We really appreciated the low pressure sales approach by Sherman as well as the ability to modify the arrangement with items in stock. We had a great buying experience.

I just wanted start by thanking Irma for all the help she gave me while I was shopping. I had real specific measurements I was looking for. I was not sure if I wanted a sectional, loveseat, or couch. Irma was extremely helpful, patient and guided me in the right direction. I’m really looking forward to seeing the new furniture in my house!

Staff was awesome! we had come in to do some price comparisons and they were extremely helpful. I had purchased a slate in laid entertainment center here in the past. we were very pleased then and we’re looking at the prices of similar end tables. . They told us about a lovely sale going on and we my sister and I Perchased several items. We ate extremely pleased with them. Wonderful customer service ! Very helpful with all the questions I had. Went to 6 other furniture stores after stopping at furniture row , and decided to come back . The wide selection in store 👍 No one was pushy or crowded me ❤ I would definitely recommend this establishment .

You'll immediately meet the store manager as you walk in. He takes great care to say hi to his store customers.. I liked that. He listens to everything you say about your needs..so create a visual for him. I gave him 15 words describing a chair I was looking for.. he to me right to it. It was great. I'm buying that chair from him.after Thanksgiving.
