Accurate, friendly and timely service. As expected from Starbucks chain. Plenty of seating with wifi availability. Plenty of parking as well. Tesla charging station is next door.

As a Realtor that travels like crazy I am always trying to find a good office. 😉
This location has friendly staff and was super quick with the order! Will be back for sure! Great spot!

The tall brunette boy with scruffy hair (I believe his name is James) was very nice. Made my coffee nicely and told me a funny joke as I waited.

Special TY to the barista that just made my Grande Mocha “extra hot” !!! I always order “extra hot” but this is the first time it actually was made “extra hot”. Opened early morning and order was waiting for us upon arrival.

My 1st time going to this location it was very clean very friendly and ham and swiss croissant and iced coffee everything was so GOOD and! FRESH! I absolutely would come again!☕💕☕

Great location for a Starbucks. As they usually are, it seems to be the corner stone buisness for the community hangout.

Regular at this spot since it's close to my office and easy to grab a morning coffee here. I find the place great, never have to wait more than 5 minutes when I place my order (in store, never mobile), this includes mornings they are slammed.

Regarding Covid-19 regs, I've seen them clean tables and enforce the mask mandate. Can't say I've ever felt unsafe or had a bad visit here.

Also for the record, Tyler and Gianna are the sweetest. Always kind and nice whenever I see them. They are Angels!

Been coming here forever! Mel and Lindsay do an amazing job making drinks quickly and of high quality. Edie does an awesome job managing the front and the hot food too.

A really well run Starbucks.

This Starbucks was always great every single time I went. Lisa was always fast to have my coffee ready. Max made the best small talk while I waited and was always incredibly kind. There was also a taller guy there who I want to call Mike but I'm sure that's wrong, who always made me laugh and would engage in conversation. This staff would give me more than just my cup of coffee. They gave me an overall pleasant experience that started my day right before work. I'll miss seeing these guys in the morning. Keep doing an awesome job! You make people's days and you don't even know it

I come here on a daily basis everyone here is always so friendly except once the guy just seemed frustrated like he was having a bad day but we all have one of those days. Lisa is awesome!! I was struggling to find the proper settings on the app for my regular drink, I asked her and she said that there was a way to do it and that she would help me. I really didn't think that she would but a day later she had the answer. I was pleasantly surprised by her follow up...THANK YOU LISA!!

[Guest?] cashier "KANE" was exceptional helping me place my order for a rather complicated drink.

Great Starbucks. My friend is here every day mainly because of the friendly staff and good service.

Most Amazing Starbucks! Every employee is pleasant and they make you feel right at Home. If there was a comparison, it would have to be labeled the Cheers of Coffee Establishments. They really do know your name. Always clean, always quick and always cheerful. Only minor complaint, at times during the week around lunch, seating can be an issue. Trust me It's the place to grab a cup and hang! The Captain

This is the best Starbucks, in the entire world!!!!!
Michael John is one of the best managers, he is so courteous, and has a great sense of dry humor.
Kristofer has great speed, and a great personality.
Barbra is super sweet, and has a great passion in her job.
Fran has been there since the start and she is still witty as ever, and always brings a smile on my face.
Lindsay, Erin, Melanie, Mike Allison, Mikey, Wayne and Lexy are some of the best baristas too!! They always make you feel welcome and tell great jokes, and make your day better.

The Burr Ridge Village center store is my absolute favorite! The Baristas are always welcoming even when it's crowded with the morning rush. Today Lisa was on the espresso machine and I had some time to sit at the counter and observe while she ROCKED out drink after drink. She knew the regulars that came in and it was like watching what I will call " The Barissta Shuffle". She was fast! I worked at a Starbucks part time myself 10 yrs ago and being in the bar at busy rush is not an easy task while people are standing (some impatiently) and watching your every move . Big shout out to Lisa and the entire staff at the BR store. You guys are fabulous and thank you for making the start of my days a little brighter.
