I was so happy with the customer service I received. Above and beyond.
The groomers there are accommodating and caring. They truly treat your pet as their own. I'm glad they're so close by as well. Convenient and friendly.

Great groomers. The groomers were good at trimming my dogs nails. Saw a pet hotel. They don't have a Banfield at this location.

Johanna is THE BEST GROOMER EVER! She LOVE dogs and does an excellent job with our Jett. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I have been looking for a dog trainer and everyone at the dog park has told me about Donna at PetSmart on 75th St. In Darien Illinois. The high recommend Donna and the great job she has done with there dogs. I decided to see the great job she does and I high recommend her myself she is amazing I have taken classes with her with my new puppy and I am very very impressed in the amazing way she takes time to help the pet parents understand what needs to be done and how it done correctly and she does take time after class to help if needed and My puppy graduated the puppy class

One of the larger petsmart stores that I have been to. It's looking good for now. My dog will stay here for few days. I will update review after that.

I love this location everyone is always friendly and they always help me use coupons and discounts and make sure I get the best deal. My son loves coming here and all of the handlers are super nice to him.

I bring my dog Marvin here for day camp/care and sometimes a night at the hotel and I love how much the staff loves him! Marvin has just as much fun playing with the other dogs as he does getting one on one lovins.

Very large store but easy to navigate and find what you need. Fairly easy to be able to get in and out on a Saturday afternoon, but could also spend quite a while checking out everything offered. Staff there was efficient and friendly too.

The cashier was very helpful and pleasant. My kittens were just neutered and she made very helpful suggestions about their grooming and items. I signed up for their bonus program. I purchased a very comfy whisker city donut cat bed and yesterday's news litter. There are so many great items to buy for my fur babies at great prices. I will locate a petsmart near me. Thank you

My local Wheaton store is ALWAYS a great experience .. whether I bring Lightning in too, for a scrumptious "sniff fest" .. where he can explore what squeaky toy he'd like next, or just for a Halloween costume or some fun collar and leash options for the holidays! Great selection and always very helpful staff!

Great pick-up service at Petsmart. I highly recommend it. All of my orders have been ready in under an hour. I’ve even picked up 1 hour before closing. It’s just so convenient!

Great staff, service, and grooming!

Well we first can here looking for a stand for our fish tank. We came upon a cat adoption fair. Next thing we knew we adopted our new kitten. The staff here was so friendly they even helped my 4yr old find everything we needed. Best experience we've had.

Got my dog groomed by Karl and he was extremely nice and did an amazing job on Wickets hair cut! By far the best hair cut he's ever gotten! Will be coming back to have Karl groom wicket again!

Went in recently to pickup an online order. Unfortunately the item wasn't accurate. Apparently the product is being switched out with a newer one with different ingredients. I was really disappointed until the manager Molly came to help.

She looked through all the existing inventory for the one I needed -- even pulled a ladder out to check high shelves. When she couldn't find one she ended up giving me a larger bag at no extra cost.

I was blown away by how friendly and professional she was, and how she went above and beyond to help me. This store is 15 minutes further then the store by my house, but I will be making this my go-to store now. Thank you Molly for the AMAZING customer service!!!

Took my boy in for his first time recently for Doggy Daycare and we both had a great experience! The staff at the desk in particular Brooke, who checked us in is very polite, kind and helpful. Angela did a great job on the report card very personal and fun I loved knowing all about my dogs day and who he made friends with. Will be returning for a second time soon!
