JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I love my local Joann Fabric. They are a smaller store but they always have just about everything I need. I visit the store at Lisa a couple times a month for supplies that I need for my cricut machine as well as sewing projects. They have a large variety of cricut products as well as fabrics to choose from. The line always looks long but it moves very fast and the people that work at this location are really knowledgeable about what they do.

Joann in Countryside is a nice store. It seems a bit bigger and with a better variety than most of the others in the area. The people who work there are always lovely and helpful to me. I purchase supplies for my business at Joann so I buy a ton from them frequently, but also often have returns, and they are always kind and patient about it. They are always good with online orders and curbside pickup.

First time at Joanns, I loved it. The staff was so friendly. I never bought fabric before and the fact that the staff were kind and helped me get what I wanted made me so happy.

This seemed to be one of the biggest Joann stores I have been to. It was marvelous. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Of course I bought more than I currently need. Thanks!

Customer service here is phenomenal. I went to the Crestwood location, which I urge you not to go to, and was disappointed with the customer service there since they wouldn’t let me price match an item. I went to the Countryside location and everyone was very nice and helpful and did the price match for me! They also have a great selection of items and I love doing the in store pickup option they have on their website. Best Joann store I’ve ever gone to!

My husband likes to buy his fabric here. He designs and creates his own costumes for his furry suit. He is a big sexy furry Fox and I love him no matter what you say, I don't care if it's weird! I love him!

Reasonable prices as well!

Just left there a few hours ago. Right before close. Rose was SUPER HELPFUL! (I think that’s what her tag said...) I couldn’t find where they moved the clearance but she was very pleasant showing me all the sections. She even recommended something for my wife that I was looking for. Thank you for all your help!!

Joann and Fabrics is the place to go when you need seasonal decor, they have a nice selection and great deals on it.
My kids love to make bracelets and they like to go to Joanns to get the supplies.
The Countryside location is clean and organized.

Totally forgot the woman's name, but she was awesome! Went above and beyond to try and help me find what I was looking for. Alas, they did not have it but hey, c'est la vie, that's Vegas baby.

I recently took my newly purchased Singer sewing machine in to the store and asked for help in determining what I was doing wrong. Sue S. Cheerfully went through the whole threading process and discovered I was using the wrong sized bobbin. She was so helpful and friendly and made sure I left with the right equipment.

As an arts and crafts enthusiasts, any place there are craft supplies-especially yarn and fabric- is like heaven on Earth to me!

The store was clean, laid out well, well-stocked and the staff were pleasant enough --despite so many of the covid protective plastic partitions up everywhere🛒🛍🏷🧶🧵🥳

Found great items to complete a costume and seeing all the variety of fabrics and embelishments is inspiration for my next ones.

My daughter has taken 2 sewing classes with Miss Sue at this location. Miss Sue is wonderful! She is patient and kind to her students and very knowledgeable - my daughter really enjoyed learning from her. Classes with Miss Sue are well worth the cost - hope they’ll come up with more sewing machine classes for kids!

Love this place dont like that even time I go there it has no air always hot and have to hurry get what I need then leave. People that work there are nice but you do have a few that are not so nice. It's a great place to learn how to make things by tacking a class if you lucky you will finish what you went to learn in the time frame Corp offical give you it a good time to get out and meet new people and learn.

It’s always neat and clean. It’s well stocked in certain areas only but overall I enjoy shopping here. The customer service is sometimes so-so but the store always has great sales.

They have a broad selection of high quality items and fair prices, very affordable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Way more selection at the Countryside location. I was looking for boy nursery fabrics and there was a great selection. The nursery selection, in general, was huge.

I have been going to Joann Fabrics since I was a teenager. I sewed some of my own clothes and always found great appliques and bling to use. Great prices and layout inspire creativity.

Great Fall and Halloween decorations! Fair prices. Friendly and professional staff.
