There are a lot of customers here, and the staff here are very kind and always talk to you with a smile.

I love this particular Starbucks because it's kinda dark inside! It's v ery relaxing and cozy coming here, and they have a fireplace with big, comfy chairs in front!! The baristas here are very friendly and patient, the protein box with cheese and fruit was fresh and tasty. I got the Apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso - it tastes like fall and is quite good!!!

Had some holiday hot drinks, really enjoyed it. Good service, good parking, plenty of sittings, nice atmosphere

Big, spacious, friendly people, real Cafe, bathrooms open, actual tables and seating! Not too crowded, but room for most off peak times.

I feel like I've been transported back to a happier time. If you're on the way to Seattle from the north end via any kind of transit or long drive, just STOP HERE FIRST. You'll be glad you did.

Would give more stars food but they discontinued the reliable gluten free sandwich. Kind staff, prompt service. Good tumblers. Well made drinks. Correct labels.

The place was neat, despite seeing homeless people coming out of the store.

This is one of our "Go-To" Starbucks for our Weekly Walk with friends.
The environment is inviting with the fire and variety of seating options.
The location is great for access to the run/walk/bike trail right across the street.
The staff/team are always friendly, engaging and quick!
We will be back for our every other LLMM (Latte Ladies-Mocha Man) Friday am walk.

One of the lonely days that I remember. New to Seattle ...
I was not feeling well and I was in the mood of sitting at a cafe which gives my heart some warmth. I went to Starbucks on Bothell and soon found this is not the one, switched to Kenmore and this is old but gold. Sat by the window and wrote in my journal.

I come here daily as it is very close to my house. I find the staff exceptionally nice. The fireplace is great, the food is tasty, they have lots of charging stations for devices, and it has a friendly neighborhood coffee house vibe despite being a chain. I just get drip coffee which is consistently good Overall a nice store with the friendly people being a draw.

Always a nice place to sit down for a morning coffee. One of the larger Starbucks with plenty of room for sitting down with friends for a coffee and chat.

Great coffee and ever pleasant staff. Looks like its been remodeled since the last time I visited this location-much more open and airy. Like the new low rise booth seating too. Now very comfortable for weary bones. Will definitely swing by this location more often. Bathrooms are very clean to boot.

Pretty busy drive thru. I asked for no ice and they accidentally put ice in my drink. I told them I've asked for no ice and they fixed it right away and gave me the iced one too for free. They were really quick and acted fast on the mistake! It was impressive!

One of the best Starbucks in the area. This is a bigger Starbucks with lots of tables and chairs. Perfect for meetings or small group gatherings. Also has a drive thru too. Staff is almost always friendly and speedy. I totally recommend making this Starbucks one of your go-to locations.

We have stopped by in our lunch break (12:30ish) service was fast. Great customer service. Welcomed with nice greeting by employees. Everyone seems to enjoy doing what they do. Thank you all.

I went through the drive through and received excelent service there. I ordered a few drinks and some snacks and even though there was a busy line, the employee taking my order (I believe their name is Ria) was very friendly and thanked me for stopping by. Their enthusiasm was lovely and really brightened my day. Drinks were perfect and were a nice treat for my wife working at home. Thank you again.

We enjoy the large size of this Starbucks, plus there are plenty of tables and they feature a large cozy fireplace that's great in the colder months. The store is conveniently located off of a major road and across the street from a major bicycle and pedestrian trail. It also has a drive thru and a nice patio.
