Pagliacci Pizza

I come to Seattle several times a year but somehow never realized Pagliacci Pizza was a thing, so on this most recent visit, I gave it a try.

It was a clean store with lots of bright outdoor light from the windows. Smaller interior for seating but it looked like most of the people who came in did so for takeout, and there was lots of seating when I got there to get my order.

Their Sicilian chicken salad has a nice little spice too it and was packed with chicken and other ingredients, so getting a balanced bite of everything was easy. I love a good salad where there are enough portions of all the ingredients.

What I loved the most though was their pizza by the slice bar! I really just wanted a couple pieces of pizza, and I love that the slice menu meant I could get two pizza types. The Tricolore pizza was definitely my favorite, but I'm such a sucker for pesto, so your mileage will vary. The other pizza slice was the Diavola, which was also pretty good.

Each slice plus the salad was more than enough for one meal for me (although to be fair, I'm not often able to eat as much as I used to). It's a nice thin and flavorful crust and toppings.

Also, in full disclosure, the second main reason I chose this pizza place over a few others I was considering (the first main reason was the pizza by the slice) was because of the Squatch labeling. 10/10 labeling art.

I haven’t had Pagliacci’s in years and knew it was a must while visiting from Texas this time around. I remember the pizza being phenomenal and used to eat it all the time before having to go Gluten Free. The GF pizza crust is PHENOMENAL 🤌. We ordered a GF extra pepperoni, a regular 11 Hawaiian and a customized Calzone. We’d love to see Pagliacci’s in Texas.

whether it's phone in orders (where you can actually talk to a person), or drop in for a slice. The service is top notch, most of the employees look like they are happy to be there and to have a job, and I think that shows. The food is always so consistent and delicious. This is the only "chain" pizza place my family and I enjoy on a consistent basis. I've done dine in, take out and delivery. It's all excellent. Thanks Pags!!!

Gluten-Free crust is amazing!

It is the best gluten-free crust I've ever had, both in flavor and texture.

The texture was so impressive that, before eating it, I asked my husband to take a bite of the crust itself. I asked him "is that wheat?" He was not sure.

The crust did look different from the regular crusts, and since Pagliacci's had emailed us to warn us that it is not recommended for people with celiacs, I felt confident that it was in fact a gluten-free crust.

My experience was that it did NOT cause a Celiac flare up. Not a rumble. Your mileage may vary. :)

I ordered my pizza to the wrong location and they were so helpful! You don’t get service like this a lot of places anymore. Oliver was very understanding, friendly to talk to, and efficient.

Yummy gelato, friendly staff, and pizza with the right combo of chewy and crispy crust. This time, I got the Burrata Soppreesata which has mild pork salami, soft burrata cheese, and fresh tomatoes fished with arugula after baking. Overall it was delicious except for a few unripe fresh tomatoes. The Gelatiamo peppermint gelato was super minty just how I like it. If you're a person who wishes things were mintier, this gelato is for you.

My favorite Pizza place by a mile. Great pizza and amazing customer loyalty. And they give back to community.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Had a great experience definitely come up in the industry as far as having friendly service. Dine-in would definitely go back to this location

Treat yourself to the Sicilian salad with chicken. Even the small was enough for two to share. Great flavor combo, fresh and flavorful. Pizza by the slice, also generously sized and delicious. I used to think this place was over priced, but now that I have eaten here, it is that much better and worth it.

This place is wonderful. Great vibe and music inside and funky decor. Friendly service and great pizza brought right to your table. Beer options too!

Dependably great pizza from a regional favorite. We like the Extra Pepperoni & the 12th Man Primo (pictured). Decent selection of local beer & wine as well.

Pizza is pricey but delicious. I actually order here because of the salads which are really good! Last time I got my husband a calzone and he loved it!

Best pizza chain in Seattle! Just wish they’d get some more locations further north outside of the city. Ingredients are always fresh and tasty, they have delicious rotating seasonal pies, and they sell slices! My favorite part is the chewy crust though, some kind of magic goes into that dough and it’s really amazing. A bit spendy but always worth it!

Honestly the pizza is the best quality in all of Kenmore, the quality and customer service are exceptional

A Seattle area legend. The pizza is so very crispy. The toppings are great and there’s always a seasonal pizza and gelato. There’s always at least one non meat option. A very nice gentleman helped me and was so personable.

Man! This restaurant has a wonderful calzone that is packed full of whatever you want! We waited in our truck since this is during Covid 19. Excellent service. So good. Yum! If we lived here it would be my absolute favorite !

The pizza slices were exceptional tonight! They were heated perfectly. Tossed to perfection, perfect amount of toppings. This is how they were in the 90’s! I haven’t had this great of slices in awhile from here. Nice work!! And thank you!! Sept 30, 2022 6:45pm
