Today I took my Jaguar F-Pace for oil change, I was very impressed of Kelley costumer service and every one at this location is very professional and friendly whole team is great Kelly,Garrett,Michael and Liam they were my service team

Opening up they wanted to save me money and directed me to coupons to help me get affordable service.

Dudes also made me aware of some small process overlooked that needed care, stating they didn't have the fix for it, but told me where to go to fix it. They demonstrated how to do it, and offered to help me get it done if I brought the material back just to be helpful. Real nice fellas all around

I always have a great experience when I go to this location! Today I got an oil change and they also let me know my coolant was out and took care of that. Michael and Liam were super helpful, friendly and got me in and out quickly.

Barely had to wait at all. Jeremy and Joseph were super helpful and fast, and even tossed in a discount (I’m not even sure why lol). The biggest thing for me is that this was a walk-in appointment and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. Will always get my oil changed here.

Joseph that works at the Kenmore Jiffy Lube took great care of me and recommended great products for my vehicle and then did awesome job helping me choose the best product.

Bulge in my front, fairly new tire. Unfortunately, discontinued. As a past customer, I received 4 new tires of same caliber at a significantly discounted rate. Friendly staff, kind, and courteous.

Although it was a bit stressful at first, the capable team took care of my oil change today and did so respectfully, they told me what was necessary and they told me what was optional, I didn’t feel pressured and I didn’t feel overcharged. I will be going back to this Jiffy Lube, as it has made my Oil change experience significantly less stressful

I had a broken A/C unit that didn't work. Jeremy, who helped me, was good to talk to, resourceful, and a good guy. I highly recommend going there for A/C help.

Great work, fast and efficient. Ended up not having the exact oil needed for my car (European Oil for VW) but told me where to go just 2 blocks down and I could go grab it and bring it back and they'll do it for cheaper. Also got a student discount which was a very nice surprise. Both Shane P. and Ryne H. were amazing and did such a fantastic job.

Just got our oil changed here and we could not have been more impressed with the friendly and top notch service. Jordan, who was the only employee working, was a one man show, working faster and harder than most oil change shops with multiple employees. It’s rare to see anyone work this hard these days, so we were very impressed. Even working by himself, he had the best attitude and was so friendly the entire time. This is now our new go-to oil change shop! Highly recommend!
