Jack in the Box

Funny story, first time I went to this location was at like 1 in the morning and I just started a 12 hour driving shift. This was around 12 years ago. When the person went to hand me the large diet coke (what is it, a gallon of soda), I stupidly grabed it by the lid and sure enough, I spilt the entire drink on my lap. Oh, I had to wear a suit for this job. I was the only one working my shift, so I had to go the whole shift with wet pant and swimming in the car's seat.... hahahah.... that's just funny right there. I dont care who you are... haha... Maybe dont grab drink lids from fast food places. Anway, I've always been pleased for the most part here. You get what you expect here. As advertised.

Great for cyclists. They've got bike racks that are mostly intelligently designed. The one criticism that I can give is that they are too close to each other. Each upsidedown U bike rack should hold 2 bikes each. The way that these are laid out, only 3 could fit on them.

I really appreciate the inside seating facing out toward the bike rack as seen in my photo. Why do I need to my bike to be visible while I eat? Because it only takes about 25 seconds for someone with an angle grinder to walk up confidently and cut my $120 bike lock off with the highest bike lock security rating in the world.

Why am I giving 5 stars instead of 4 stars? Because most places in all of North American are terrible for bike friendliness. Credit where credit is due.

Seems to be an issue or a few issues while I was there. I went through the drive-thru and there were only two cars ahead of me, but I sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order at the speaker. the two cars in front of me had completely finished and gone. I had to say hello into the speaker so that somebody would even remember that I was there. everything took a very long time to make and everything was moving very slow. the staff was nice enough and friendly enough so I figure there was just probably something going on. some technical difficulties or something.

Based off the one time I was here I’d say it was my best experience at any Jack in the Box. The food was actually really good and as “fresh” as Jack could make it. Granted I feel like experiences with the actual food and service like this are fairly random, I enjoyed that I lucked out with very quick service. We were also the only people in the restaurant, which was cozy. What really sold me on the experience was the foods presentation. When I asked if this was a new thing or location thing, she answered that it was just this specific location that serves the food like this.

If I got a job here this would be my ideal rating from you, the customer. Hi, maybe I'll serve you something fried.

Had really great service from the gentleman in the drive thru yesterday afternoon. Thanks for being so pleasant. Really delicious food hot and tasty! Thanks a lot!

Always have and always will love that Whopper but certain times with certain employees it is hard to get the old-fashioned American customer service or they talk so they talk so unreasonable and act so ornery that I've had to walk away and go somewhere else to get food. Then when you catch an honorable employee with no malice or larceny in their heart, it's the best customer service you could expect. Maybe the managers need to be vetted better or retrain to retain their employment. Whichever, please keep making them whoppers like they have and I'll deal with the humans with God's math.

We had the Loaded Breakfast Sandwiches, and I would definitely order again. Nicley toasted sourdough bread loaded with egg, bacon, ham, and cheese. I skipped the cheese on mine. Also two coffee's and let's say not a drive through espresso quality, but not the worst coffee I've had.

Update 9.16.2023 went through the drive thru on this Saturday night, we were going to get McDs but the shake machine was OuT oF OrdER so we stopped here. Jessica greeted us at the drive thru window with so much pleasure, I was amazed. She was so friendly and made us feel like she actually enjoyed helping us today and would love it if we could come back tomorrow. I hope that the owners are paying this gem well as she is the picture of perfect when customer service is in question. Thank you Jessica for making my day, your attitude was refreshing and pleasant to say the least. And yes, my sourdough burger was perfect too.

All I can say is grilled sourdough burger. My eyes are glazing over now. Can't stop my mouth from watering. Best burger.

Came through again yesterday 5/21/23, and received excellent service through the drive thru again. The young man and young woman were courteous and fast with getting our order correct in a timely manner. It was unfortunate that the car ahead of us was screaming from her car because pickles accidentally got left off of her burger. Really??? Your acting as if your life is over because of missing pickles? Get a grip. The young man was trying to make the situation right by giving her a new sandwich with pickles and the customer just laughed in his face and told him she planned to get him fired….again, for missing pickles. Get some perspective on your life lady. Disgusting behavior by the customer! I’m giving this kid 10 stars for puting up with this kind of B.S. and keeping his cool.

New young kid with the earring at the drive thru window was very polite, got our order correct, and made the line move fast. I appreciate young kids learning good work ethics...seems to be lacking in so many places right now, even from adults

I sure do miss this restaurant! I worked there from about 1988-92, for my Junior & Senior HS years, up to the time I left to go Active Duty for the Army(I was in the Reserves during that time). We had a good crew running the place. I miss our owner coming through the drive-thru; he would order a burger, small fries, and a coffee...every time! I really loved working the weekend nights, because the tavern that was(I don't know if it still is)behind us, would pack our drive-thru. We would always sell ALOT of tacos!!🤣🤣. I see that it got a total renovation according to the photos...it looks nice. I hope to be able to visit back home one of these days, so I can see the update and re-live the past.

Been here a few times. Employees are friendly and orders have been correct. Have not gone inside but wait times in drive thru have been pretty good minus when you get behind someone that doesn't know what they're doing! Don't forget they have coca cola freestyle so you can get a wide variety of different coke beverages!

The food was great, this jack in the box is a little under staffed so had to wait awhile for someone to attend me. I did eat inside with my hubby and it was nice and quiet. Very peaceful

We all know what we're getting at Jack in the Box, the people who work the drive thru at this location (61st/Bothell) are really good. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

Quick service on the drive thru didn't had to repeat myself in and out on less than 5 minutes!.
I did not like their exit of the drive thru though!!

Great vanilla shake. Wanted extra lettuce on the tacos, ttly accommodated. Best Jack in the N. Seattle / Bothell area

Just had a double burger. It was great! Juicy, fresh crisp lettuce and a great tomato. The service was also very good.

Never messed up an order and they're always nice!

Our fries made it in the bag this time! 5 Stars today. Wish it was consistent.
