Dunkin'

Hi,this is in regards to Sammy Hanna review,she said there was no cheese on her bacon egg and cheese on a bagel,but there is cheese on it,it's orange,if you look at photo she added,there is melted cheese under the bacon,sorry.you were wrong but they still shouldn't doubt you,but just explained how little of cheese they put.

If you think that every Dunkin is the same, it is because you never received a service from "Pam"

I love the staff here! This is my favorite dunkins in the whole state. No joke. 😃 they just updated this whole location. The inside looks so incredible and the outside looks so sleek. The staff here works their bums off everyday at this busy location. Be sure to always leave a tip. They deserve it.

Very nice employees. They actually know how to make a coffee right. Unlike some other places.

They are great. My only criticisms are that the weekend staff is better than the weekday staff for details. Like my frozen coffee with caramel always has the caramel drizzle on the whipped cream on the weekend and it makes it THAT much better but the weekday employees are hit and miss if they do it.

As busy as this dunkin location is, your order is always perfect. The staff is always busy but always polite and nice.

Nice clean restaurant. 2 very nice men making some repairs . They held the door open for me. Only donut shop I have ever seen making so many good upgrade . Keep up the good work

I am leaving 5 stars and I will tell you why. I come here pretty much 2 to 3 times a day. I need my caffeine like Nietzsche needed a padded cell. Sure, they have no loyalty to their everyday customers, as reflected in the many times I have received a sub par Bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwhich.
Sometimes they are made with the craftmanship of an artisan's touch however, most of the time, the sandwich looks and tastes like the inside of a used colostomy bag. But, I digress, the reason for the 5 stars...Hmm let's see. I really don't know. Maybe I'm just bias due to the convenience of the location. So this is a selfish 5 star rating, pretty much to satisfy my deep rooted insecurities fostered around an ever decaying ego. Are you still reading this? Let's see...Yes, I am still reading this, I mean obviously, how would I be reading this very sentence if I wasn't reading still?

Every time I visit Chelmsford st location across from Walgreens on wasang side od the street I always get incredible service whether it be three months three days or three years they still seem to amaze me of there service! Such service is sadly not so common ...

I love dunkins this one is good if you dont mind going inside its much faster the drive thru gets pretty busy in the morning commute time but they are pretty good about getting you through the line and the coffee is always yummy 😋

Dunkin donuts coffee is normal nice perfect usually.. nobody perfect...but Starbucks who's claim lately is they are the ultisimo example of great American corporate management...etc...essay too much coffee they be drinking...smoking maybe I dunno but starbucks shows stupidity of people to pay more for less cause they can't be using filters cause u can't get a worse strong coffee J's u can't then drive home cause ya gotta make a bathroom break in traffic waiting and waiting and wondering why one had been so stupid...once twice they at the bookstore in Framingham so u have no choice but to drink their very strong coffee even when u try to explain to kid to give me whatever approaches a Dunkin donuts style coffee ...then when I said I didn't want to go over to the ebola table cause I want at least a sanitary drink...kid can't has to get manager chick to see if ok...meanwhile they shipped up coffee and cream in concocted stupid blender for others waiting ...well nobody was at time so eventually he put the cream in for me....see starbucks with all their glory egocentricity takes hold...until McDonald's ya that one subcontracted with I think Newman's or Vermont coffee company u could never get a drink of coffee in morning at a McDonald's anywhere for longest time and why they did that sounds odd but was needed and done and system working still fine and notice unlike McDonald's coca systems whereby often u are handed an empty cup with which to go fill drink at a soda station as stuff so cheap they really don't care how much u drink cause it's expensive for u but almost free to them ..the sugar water game...so when tje kid hands u ya cup oh way too often is it almost policy for McDonald's to not have the kid understand he just put his dirty fingers inside of what where will be your sugar water all eager for energy to five to new bacteria they got mixed with and not just water it's carbonated so really mixes up the blend of sugar water and germs...so starry eyed la cofe nustra maybe be subcontracted out to McDonald's but prefer Dunkin donuts continue to just take over cause oh those guys so normal and not special like us starbucks secret society is stupid people who think the more u pay for something the better it must be...starbucks drinkers u have been tricked...admit and submit your nasty tasting coffee so unlike Dunkin donuts it's pathetic..Dunkin a plus compared to starbucks on all fronts

Very fast and friendly service at the drive thru this morning nice to see smiling cheerful people so early on a Sunday morning loved my coffee made perfectly.

Their drive thru is amazing. You may think there's a lot of cars, but you moved quickly. Highly recommend

Aside from the drive thru line it's awesome service they get orders done correctly.. The lines move quickly as well.

They have really good coffee and tea that's incredibly sweet and rich in flavor. Their donuts are also delicious.
