Wendy's

Easter Sunday evening...we made a quick trip to the drug store and then decided we wanted some fries. There was a young man working the drive thru that was so sweet and polite. We pulled up for our fries and a blonde woman was there that was friendly and happy, telling us fries just came up hot and fresh. And they were. I know it's just fries, but the service was excellent! Very nice people. Refreshing!

Great food, great service, would really recommend this Wendy's if you want your order to be correct everytime and extremely fresh. It also doesn't matter if your ordering on doordash or if your picking up through the drive-thru it's great everytime! I've never eaten inside the restaurant though so I know nothing about that.

Excellent customer service and excellent new GM. The GM is amazingly courteous, friendly, and super professional. The wait time was quick and the food was fresh and hot. I recommend this location.

Im going to brag on this Wendys real quick, they have to have the most polite, fast, and friendly customer service around. They have been short staffed since I moved to the area last year if their constant hiring board is to be believed and despite that still never wait very long, there’s never been issues with my food, and like I said the customer service is top notch! To the GM of this Wendys just know you’ve got yourself a good team

Decided to stop in instead of going through the drive through tonight. Sean made us smile and simplified the ordering process which can usually make us feel anxious!! He was super understanding of our preferences and had much attention to detail while still making us laugh! Our whole evening was made thanks to Sean!!

I was going to use the app to get a deal. I couldn't get the app to work so another place got my money 🤷‍♂.

DRIVE THRU TODAY WAS AMAZING! Food was hot, upgraded to garlic fries and they were so well packaged and I even had napkins and a straw! And my lemonade was delish! Also handed to me first and I almost finished it before the food! Amazing gentlemen(gentlepeople/gentlepersons). 5 star

The 5 for 5 is a real steal and my husband and I both love to order them! The customer service is great

I just want to let everyone know Jack is an employee at this location and is AWESOME! Not only did he take my order when I didn’t realize they had just closed but made sure my meal was fresh and served it with the positive up beat attitude. Thank you jack for being so kind and thoughtful, Wendy’s if you pay attention to this give this man a raise!!

Love the chicken strips. They dropped a fresh order cause the ones they had we're too dry. I didn't even have to ask. Love the apple pecan salad. Wish they would not run out sometimes in the later evening.

Almost feels like they know you

Every time I go to Wendy's I keep getting some of the best hamburgers I have ever ate fast food wise in my life they keep surprising me with her excellent excellent hamburgers not it Just one location but it each and every location if I compare this to other fast foods they do not compare because usually it's not like that with their competitors however Wendy's really puts the effort into putting out good quality fast food... They do need to work on their speed and efficiency through the drive-thru... It has a tendency to spend 5 minutes too long usually I need to work on that however the payoff is the excellent food and I've never had any problems with the employees their always friendly.. place is always clean.. so I would definitely recommend... Oh yeah I almost forgot sometimes the Wendy's at the Dayton Mall will give you fries that are not fresh so be aware of this... But I still give it 5 stars..

Systems were down so we had to mobile order, so the man working gave us two free Frostys for waiting! And give that guy a raise for putting up with so much!

This Wendy’s never gets my order wrong and are always very nice and helpful when handling my order. I always feel welcome and the food is always delicious!

My visit was very nice. The drive thru associate was nice & friendly. And my order was right (I had a few deviations to sandwiches) 😊.
