Excellent service, nice atmosphere and clean store.

First off... just to get this out of the way, the food was great, served hot and fast. But more importantly (imo) the service that Keisha gave us tonight was amazing! She was very sweet, singing and all around seemed happy to be at work. I will come back to this location just to see her smiling face! Seriously, it's crazy but finding someone that is genuinely happy to serve customers is hard to come by these days and she made our night just by being at work! So thank you Keisha! ❤

Keisha was are server it was amazing service and amazing food all super fresh and hot. Best service I have ever had there hands down. It was all around great experience for me and my family thank you.

The store was clean, & I ordered the big bacon classic combo, 10/10 recommend very delicious. Very quick and friendly service.

Whoever was working drive through on firday, Oct 27, 2023 around 9:30 pm, is one of the rudest drive-thru workers I've experienced. Not only did I not receive my receipt, but was arguing with me she could not scan the official wendys app and never had a single issue at any wendys tell now then as I was leaving she started talking labout grub hub . I just paid and left cause she did not understand I just wanted to scan my wendys app to earn my points when you spend $30 you want to earn your points atleast

Quick and effective. Went at 4-5pm and the food was warm and fresh. Employees were very kind and triple checked my order

I think this is the last good Wendy's left. I drive across town to go to this location. Food is always good and made right. Friendly and efficient staff. Always a good experience

Hot Delicious Food and Friendly Staff

This is the only Wendy's in the South Dayton area that I will go to. The food is always fresh and the workers are friendly.

I love Wendy's! Always good, tasty, hot food! I tried the bacon maple chicken sandwich, and it is incredible! I might be addicted now 😉 I normally do drive thru, but went inside today. The service was great! Nice, clean restaurant and friendly people inside! And I love the new soft drink machines!!

Ive never had a bad experience at Wendy's. I will often go for lunch and order a Big Bacon Classic cheeseburger with no bun. They are generally quick and friendly when I go in the drive-through, especially in West Carrollton, Ohio. I like the cup sizes and options that are available. They now have apple slices that are a side option, so if a person is trying to eat healthier, this is an option as well as the several salads that they have to choose from.

Drive thru line was super slow, but know they were short staffed and doing their best to keep up around 6p!! Thanks to the staff for working so hard!! Help wanted sign, soooo, if you need a job in fast food industry, here's your opportunity!!

Our Wendy's is the best Wendy's I've been to! Always courteous and consistent with our orders, the staff are great and the dining area is one of my favorites with wide panoramic windows surrounding comfortable booths and tables.

Very clean inside, and The food is always fresh made. There's rarely much of a line, and the dining room inside is quite nice. The drive-through is a little slow sometimes, but it is a very busy location so that's to be expected

I asked to get my food cooked to order. It was amazing! It took a little longer than usual but worth the wait.

This location is better run than some of the Wendy's locations. Good food and clean restaurant. However, the drive thru is quite slow here.

Extremely busy, so a long wait. Cashier was very courteous & kept me updated. The food for my 6 family members & me was accurate & tasty.
