One of the few department stores I enjoy going to. Always clean and styles are on point. Has a great selection of cosmetics and jewelery as well. I've also seen a lot of sales lately which is right up my alley. If you're looking for the traditional department store feel with updated style, this is the place to go.

We walked the entire store for about 30 minutes and no one offered assistance. On our way out, a sales rep named Navi asked us if we needed assistance and greeted us with a smile. Her mannerisms were perfect!

Customer service at this location was great! Had to make an urgent shopping trip for business clothes, as I hadn't had any in-person meetings for 3 years and no longer had business clothes in good repair. The lady who rang me up was also helpful in telling me where I had found the items I was carrying when I needed different sizes. Fitting rooms are very clean and tidy, considering the fact that I think there was only that one employee doing everything! Macy's is still an excellent choice for business clothes.

I had a good experience at Macy's. I don't shop here often, but had need of new dress shirts. I bought several. The sales associates were very helpful.

It's actually nice in there. Clean aisles, fully stocked, small crowds. I know the mall in general is overlooked for shopping nowadays but this store is a nice shopping experience
