McDonald's

I visit a lot of McDonald's as I work in a lot of different places. This is this first one I have felt deserved 5 stars.. service was over the top as my time seemed important. My sandwich was done before I was able to get my drink. And the gentleman there didn't just set it on the counter and leave it to me to figure out if was mine or not. Like many many do. He brought it right to me. My food was hot and definitely fresh.. highly recommend this location if you like McDonald's.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a long time. The staff are kind Morning and night. The food is hot, if there IS any problems with it the staff try their best to fix it or get a manager to make sure it’s done correctly.

This location is always quick and on par. I live in Miamisburg and prefer to come to this one because I know I will have my order correct, food will be good, and it will be quick. Keep it up guys!

Coffee always good.
Make sure you are specific with your sandwich orders. Otherwise you may eat toppings you don't like.

This place is very well kept , clean and quiet for most of the times , inside the seating options are good , if you want some
Privacy there are seats that can offer privacy , the staff is very friendly and efficient . Food is well done as well , the atmosphere is good.

The food is good for what it is and yes on packed days its very slow, but the service really depends on whos there that day

The people are a bit sketchy and don't expect anything less than rudeness during lunch and after. Breakfast time seems to have the nicest people. The food is always fresh though around the clock so it kinda compensates for the lack of customer service.

Very warm Inviting interior. This location was very clean. Though like all other fast food restaurants, they prioritize drive-thru over lobby orders, so service was slow but acceptable.

Mobile app user. Food is ready quickly, and presented with a cheery greeting. Bathroom is clean and the whole experience makes a great start to the day.

This was the best meals we've ever had. QP and fries were both super fresh. We stopped and told the guy outside. 🤤

This location has been great with getting food served quickly and correctly. They have mobile order capability and it saves time and frustration to not have to wait in line, while still getting the food quickly. Their monthly family night is so much fun. My daughter loves the crafts they make and that she gets to color after her meal. I highly recommend this location.

The order taker at the drive thru spoke clearly and was very nice! My order was fairly large, so they had me pull through to the last window, to let others get their orders quickly. And, my order was fully correct, down to the number of dipping sauces that I ordered. Truly a 5-star visit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The man with the beard and glasses at the drive through was very nice tonight. I was there around 9 pm and he was very kind and gracious. I prefer to eat here over a local place any day. The food is consistent and they hire nice respectful people.

The manager and workers here accommodated our LARGE BUS group with grace and patience. Thank you McDonalds for lovin it! Lima MBC appreciates your hard work!

Went through the drive thru even though they were busy we were taken care of in no time. The food was hot and fresh. Best McDonald's meal I have had in a really long time. I live in Dayton and can not get service like that anywhere will be back when I am craving a fish sandwich.

This McD's is a great location to visit. This is a great place to give your business to. This was my 5th visit in 6 weeks. I can't get over how friendly and clean and helpful this crew is. Really upbeat and positive. These crew leaders and managers need to be commended for their attitude they have passed on to their crews. I always say that great working people are reflecting how they are led to serve. My hat off to this gem of a place. If you haven't gone here you won't be disappointed. That is for sure!

Took my fav lil man who LOVES Mcds. Our waiter was great! So nice. Its rare. Thanks for a great take out!

Im going to give this mcdonalds a one time 5 star rating because they actually got my order completely correct and it was fast and actually fresh. Like my fries were PIPING HOT ansd burnt my mouth!! Usually this mcdonalds is like a 2 star rating as most are known for getting orders wrong.

Everybody was really friendly. My fries were hot and fresh. I even messed up my order and they were still nice. That was the best part 😉
