Everyone who works here has the best attitude. They make you feel very welcome whenever you come in. These folks work hard, so make sure to leave them a tip as a thank you.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. No other Starbucks makes the vanilla sweet cream cold brew as good as them! Everyone has always been so sweet no matter how busy they are! My pug loves them and their pup cups lol

A nice location to sit, sip a drink, talk to friends and, I'm my case, work on a crochet project. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Even though I've only been to this location twice in as many months I feel almost as welcome as at my usual SB locations.

The place was spotless and the service was prompt at 6:15 am. My egg, cheese and sausage sandwich was a step up from Dunkin the previous 2 days on a long road trip. Excellent juice too. The chocolate pastry was mediocre but I'll forgive that.

Best Starbucks staff in the entire maine. Best service food drinks.

I literally just had the greatest experience here thanks to Alicia! I hope I spelled her name correctly! She was so sweet and personable even when they were about to close. She offered to make me a custom drink and literally I am obsessed. It is so freaking good.

She told me Starbucks loves it when customers ask for a special custom order! I highly recommend this to those who are indecisive at times :)

While staying in town for a couple days, I went to this Starbucks daily. They were so friendly and called me by my name. The service was fast and correct. Great job 👍

Great coffee. Can be slow to get sometimes but it is only during the busier rushes. It doesn't really matter where you go for coffee @ 9am, chances are it isn't going to be to you in 2 min. ALWAYS have great customer service at this location. I also work in the food industry so I understand that mistakes happen sometimes, no big deal. The select few times I have had any issue at the Saco location they fixed my problem and compensated me for my trouble. The only knock I can find against any Starbucks, is just the cost. It can be a little pricey sometimes, but this is definitely a situation where you get what you pay for. And Starbucks Cafe Verona is all we ever seem to make at home. When I can afford it, hands down the best choice for coffee anywhere around.

Starbucks Saco always does a great job! The coffee is always perfect! The white mocha latte is the right amount of caffeine to jump start the day. The entire staff works very well together which always makes it for a great experience! A great way to start your day!

I go here too much, but I’m not complaining. The salted caramel cream cold brew is my go-to drink. If you want something simple and not too sweet, try the iced black tea with a splash of lemonade! You won’t regret it!

Great location in Saco - Drive Thru is excellently designed. For quickest service, place a mobile order and pick up in the drive thru!

The guy in the black dress that waited on us at the drive thru on Friday morning was very nice. Jokingly charged 30 bucks for a straw. I would love him to reach out personally.

I saw a line about 7 cars long and I was afraid I wouldn’t be on time to work. It took less than 5 minutes to get through the drive thru! Frappuccino’s are annoying to make ( I promise I’m going to find another favorite drink lol). Justin has been at the window both times I’ve picked up this week. He is a KEEPER! He has a bright energy that really cheers me up. The person taking my order too was very pleasant. I was there Wednesday morning (3/10) around 8:30 am. Love this Starbucks, I’m normally a Dunks person but I’m going to start switching it up now.

Everyone who works here is so lovely and friendly. I never leave without a smile on my face, and it’s not just because I got coffee! I actively choose this location over others because the staff is so warm and wonderful!

My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. We drive thru almost daily. The staff is fun, bubbly and friendly. They always make our order just right.

I visit the Saco Starbucks often to meet with clients because it's a great atmosphere and there is plenty of seating. The staff is always courteous and on point. I definitely recommend this location!

Im at this exact Starbucks drive-thru pretty much everyday and they know my order before i give it to them!!! Its tough to find good employees but it really seems like Starbucks has the hiring process figured out..
