Jersey Mike's Subs

This place was exceptionally clean last Thursday around 4 PM. Quite busy but my order was taken immediately. Seven people on staff. Many smiling, pleasant and courteous Gen Z employees. Food bins were full and fresh looking. Excellent experience. The original Mike's Way on Rosemary was delicious. Highly recommended.

I walked in to order and was greeted quickly. They have an efficient setup to get sandwiches out quickly. At the first station you order the bread you want along with the meat and cheese. Next up are toppings and any sauces you want. This station also slices and wraps the sandwich. Then you move on to checkout and leave.
Along the way is an assortment of self-service individual sized chips and refrigerated beverages. They are setup to prepare a lot of sandwiches quickly and limiting waiting times at Jersey Mike's without any sacrifice in the quality of the food. Jersey Mike's is the best sub shop around. Good food at very reasonable prices and a great selection of breads & meats & cheeses & toppings as well as sauces awaits you at Jersey Mike's.

Subs are amazing, I would greatly recommend. It gets busy there during lunch/dinner hours so subs may be delayed, But overall great customer service & quality food!!

Best sub shop in town, the atmosphere is amazing, the managers and crew team are awesome. The crew communicates well to customers and staff, it’s a safe and friendly environment for people of all ages.. definitely will me my go to spot from now on

Food was delicious, the workers made me a salami and provolone sub, even if it wasn't on the menu. If you want a custom sub they'll be happy to accommodate you!

The food is so fresh, and the service OUTSTANDING! Immediately you notice how clean the restaurant is. The surfaces are spotless, and no crumbs on the floor (unlike their neighbor). Although we arrived 10 mins to closing, the freshness of the food was impeccable and we were greeted with positivity and enthusiasm. Most definitely will be back. Desiree and Willa, ladies you are phenomenal women.

I’ve eaten at several dozen JM’s from Maine to FL and in-between; just had the very best #2 ever! Head and shoulders better than the rest.

Very friendly and nice customer service, very good quality food with great taste and overall a nice spot to grab a sandwich

First time customer and I was very pleased. They make their own bread so it's always fresh, that's my biggest 'must have' for my sammy. They also cut the bread completely in half which is how it should be. Other sub shops cut the bread in a V and spread the mayo all at the bottom, you can't fit the sandwich in your mouth so you have to take two bites off the end which means zero mayo in the first bite and all the mayo in the other. Then when putting on meats on the V subs they all get doubled up which is the wrong ratio of meats per bite. Jersey Mikes were meticulous in making the sandwich and asked to make sure they were making it the way I wanted. The only negative I have is the menu, there were two, maybe three sandwiches I would order, it's not a traditional kind of sub shop, ie, they don't have an Italian sub, they have a version of one but it would be an experiment for me and I don't like to experiment, but who knows, maybe one day i will, but I will be back for sure.

Friendly Staff. Staff and location looks clean. The location in south Portland by Lowe’s looks dirty. Great subs!!

GREAT sandwiches! And quick too! The checkout folks could have been a little more attentive. She spent time speaking another language to her coworker in between asking me questions.

Sorry no picture, but it's a sandwich lol. I ordered for the whole family 5 sandwiches . I got a giant number 3 (ham & provolone) Mike's way . Was very good I couldn't even eat the whole thing. They did mess up one sandwich but w a phone call it was taken care of w no questions asked . Employees are friendly, not too busy when I went in , but i have seen it standing room only on more than a couple occasions. If you're not familiar w Jersey Mike's they only do sandwiches, chips and drinks . Big sandwiches worth the money .

We were traveling as a volleyball team and about 20 of us walked into this jersey mikes an hour before they closed. Super accommodating and got our orders taken efficiently starting the hot food first. Thank you!

By far absolutely the best sub, I've ever had. Italian sub is what it should be there.. Highly recommend this restaurant.
