We usually use the parcel kiosk. It is fairly simple to navigate and beats standing in line.

My review is in reference to getting my PASSPORT ****
Kay did an amazing job. She made the process enjoyable with her cheerful and kind personality. Although she was very very busy, she was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail and with patience. We ended up having only one question and she took the time to explain and answer it. BE KIND and PATIENT when you go. Understand that Kay, as well as all of the employees, do not make the prices, the policies or the procedures! Therefore if you have an issue or a complaint... take it up with the appropriate authorities.
A few helpful tips if you're getting a new passport or renewing your passport;
THEY TAKE YOUR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
1. It is mailed back to you first class. SEPARATE from your passport.
PAYMENTS accepted are
1. DEBIT CARD WITH A PIN # - YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PIN NUMBER!!
2. Money Order
3. Check
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR ID
BIRTH CERTIFICATE
FILLED OUT APPLICATION

THEY WILL MAKE COPIES FOR YOU

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Kay was fantastic! My husband and son were applying for their passport. Little dude is only 7 months old and Kay set up a prop table to take his picture comfortably. She was sweet and efficient and explained everything so well. I highly recommend her when setting up an appointment! A smooth transition and the other lady at the desk was moving the line quickly. There’s also plenty of parking at this location, it’s clean it’s quiet and it’s fast.

Best experience out of any government office. They made it easy and kept it simple. Even went out of their way to help me in a moderately confusing process.

Needed to change business address. Tried for an hour online but USPS website is trash for commercial. Was forced to go to a building. Nooooo! Saw these abominable reviews. BUT all three workers at the front desk were professional, cheerful, and helpful! In and out in under 10 minutes. Thank you!!!!

Use the fillable form and then print to bring it in.

@Kay was awesome and with the correct paperwork filled out I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes (including expedited paperwork)

Been here a few times, staff has always been helpful and kind to me. Wait times can get steep when they are busy (to be expected) but all in all they are respectable of your time.

I've been to this location many times. Every visit has been quick and the associates are always friendly. I try not to visit during peak times eg 5pm. The staff is knowledgeable about the services and help to recommend the best shipping options. I am happy to return to this location. In addition there's a do it yourself kiosk in the lobby that I also find very convenient

We just moved here, and our address is not coming up in any GPS. I went to post office, and they were very nice. Line moved along nicely. Clerks were polite and knowledgeable. No complaints here!

Very friendly staff and not super long wait times

I absolutely love my ladies! They are so sweet and helpful. Despite all of the commotion during the holiday rush, they maintained positivity and efficiency.

I accidentally had a mail goof-up that they fixed pretty quickly, which is why I'm here to say good job. I deliver and receive stuff through them every day and haven't had any errors.

I went into get a passport, was even late for my appointment. It was fast, the teller was kind and courteous . And I was out in no time.

I was suprised how fast it was to submit my passport application. In and out in 7 minutes. Fingers crossed it arrives on time!

I am there frequently, my experience has been excellent, staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and also helpful.

Tammy is BY FAR the ONLY compitent worker there..Everyone else is HORRIBLE!!
