UPDATE (almost 2 years later): We have had zero issues with our home and couldn't possibly be happier with the product we received from Rob Washam Homes. They came back for 2 additional warranty walkthroughs and quickly addressed everything. I can't recommend this builder enough.

We went through the entire build process with Rob Washam Homes, and we had a really good experience. The build quality is exceptional (I'm very picky) and the price for what you get is a great value.

Everyone was knowledgable, professional, and friendly – and Washam uses exceptional vendors which allowed us to build exactly what we wanted. Special thanks to Chris and Lindsay for all of their help along the way. I highly recommend this builder – they stand by their work.

My husband and I have been looking at model homes for years. From the moment I walked into the model built by Rob Washam Homes, I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and their eye for detail. While building, we worked closely with their director of sales, Lindsey C. To say that she went above and beyond to make our vision come true is an understatement. After interviewing a few builders, we chose to sign with Rob Washam in 2020. Their team was extremely helpful as we designed our first new home build. Lindsay and Mark were very quick to respond and answer all of our questions.

Building during the peak of Covid saw plenty of challenges. The Washam team was in constant contact with us throughout the process. Even though there were building many homes at that time, they made us feel like our home was their priority.

Overall, we are very happy we built our home with Rob Washam and would choose them again. If I were to pick one thing that I wasn’t thrilled with would be their irrigation company. In my contact with RMI, I have found them to not be helpful and even state they could not help me sue to the drive time it would take to get to Liberty.

I asked Rob Washam to build a custom home for me on acreage that I had purchased. He met with my husband and I and went over every detail to make sure we had a clear understanding of the process and to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted in our new home. He met every expectation! Rob’s crews were always accommodating especially when I wanted something changed and the house was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of work was top notch! I have recommended Rob Washam homes many times and if I decide to ever build again, he will be my only call! Very happy with this builder!

I wish I could explain how much we love our new home - saying it is beautiful is just not enough. The communication is superb. It's absolutely perfect! The best part of working with this builder is his staff. He's a luck guy to have such an amazing team.
