I love stopping in here with all my hair color needs. I get the best advice and they do their best to get me set up for exactly what i say i want to try.. They are very knowledgeable on their products and explain to me the process i need to follow, or why i shouldn't do certain things.. I have always been steered in the right direction, and never had any troubles with a hair color turning out funky,, unless funky was what i was going for. :)

Was just in here this morning and my experience was amazing. Dominique and Kayla was very helpful.

I went in for a pair of sheers and both employees could not find the magnet to unlock them. Then after 10 min of looking they say oh some other employee must have taken it by mistake. Very frustrated. How can you sell locked up items if you have no key to unlock them when customers want to but them. Sally just lost a $50 sale and now I have no scissors. This is why people are buying everything online

Terrible employees refused to answer a simply question over the phone. Just wanted to know if this particular carried a certain line.

Was looking for a certain type of clipper blade. Staff was not very friendly or familiar with the products they carry.
