Chick-fil-A

This was my first time inside of a Chick-fil-A and it was very nice. My husband and I were heading back to PA from the Cleveland airport and it wasn't too far from the airport.

Came to this very nice drive-thru. I have to say, the service of the drive-thru is surprising fast. Surprisingly fast in a good way. When asked about our orders, staff there was generous and professional with regards to the wonderful service. There was no wait time on food there. Staff wasted absolutely zero time preparing our drive-thru meal. Everything was prepared, and then sent directly to the car immediately. I've got to say, staff is successful and efficient when it comes to good, professional service. Today was definitely one of their best, nicest work. Chicken tenders were terrific, lemonade was marvelous, and the fries were incredibly fantastic. Make no mistake about that.

This place is the best. I get better service at this fast food chicken joint than I do anywhere else on the East side of Cleveland. This place is spotless! Food is fast and fresh. The help is friendly. They collect your trash and take it away. They even handed out flowers on Valentines Day! I feel like I’m in a movie every time I’m there. This is just another reason why Solon is number one!

I have never been in a fast food store that was so friendly and delicious. That was my first time and I am absolutely in love.

Seems like the salad portions were bigger then the other chick fila I go to. Not sure if I got lucky or this is the regular for this location. Chicken tenders were perfect. Drive through a little slow but overall happy with the experience.

Paul (older gentleman) was AMAZING. Very friendly and sweet. He was very helpful on getting us our very large work order and made sure we were helped in a timely manner. He even helped carry the rest out to the car. I also saw him carry out an order for a lady that was waiting a little for dine in. Everyone did a great job of getting our order out very quickly. Thank you all so much!! 2/8/24 @ 12:15 pm.

This location was so friendly, I went through tje drive thru and the young lady who took my order was so friendly, polite and kind. I order the spicy chicken deluxe and it didn't disappoint for being a fast food location they definitely make their food with care, sandwich was put together perfectly I wish i would of taken a pic prior to eating it.

Service was a bit slow. I got out of the drive thru and went inside. I stood waiting for about 2 minutes and had to walk back around to get the attention of the cashier's who were chatting and not paying attention to customers.

Always a great experience here! They get your food out fast, fresh, and it's delicious 💜

Entire crew was very pleasant even right up to closing time! Great experience & we appreciate their kindness!

Always love a Chick-fil-A! The consistency across stores is mind boggling. Always the same great customer. Always the same great food. And always the slightly high prices. But that's okay I'm about as cheap as they come. I'm also always impressed with how fast their service is since they're always packed.

Had breakfast from them and it was really good. Hot and fresh. Will get again

This Chick-fil-A here is just as great as anywhere else. But beware, going any time from 5-7 pm, they are VERY busy in drive thru and inside as well. But they keep it moving smooth, as only they know how!

Chick-fil-A has mastered the drive thru. I have no idea how they serve so many people...so quickly...and while being so friendly. And I almost forgot...serving consistently good food. 👍

Never have I ever had a bad experience here!!

I ordered ahead and sat at a table. Entered my table number in the app and my food was hand-delivered by a super-friendly girl with a wonderful attitude within 2 minutes. And the food was excellent as expected.

Always so friendly! and the female manager on Thursdays was just amazing. I had forgotten to get some cookies with my order and I had asked to add it but it turns out she couldn’t take money at the pickup window so she offered to cover it herself. Tried to pay her with cash and she still wouldn’t take it. Top notch service she could’ve easily just told me to go back around but she chose a simple act of kindness. Made my whole day.
