Sam's Club

This Sam's Club is a distance from my house, but I choose to go there because I always have a great shopping experience. I always find a parking spot, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. The snack bar is always clean and the yogurt sundae is always delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always have what I need at a great price. The other reviews are correct, there are never carts in the store, so I bring a few in with me and all is well. Great store!

I always enjoy going to Sam's for the food, any household products I need, they have nice clothing to choose from and they rotisserie chicken is very good. I especially love the scan and go, never stand in line to check out! Love it!

Well stocked up on everything I'm looking for an friendly staff. Issue with slippery parking lot an one cart rack was over loaded other guests said none inside. But there were 20 carts in the bay area one staff member was outside getting carts definitely need 2 or more during all carts collecting. I do both Sam's club an Walmart both seems to be doing good on the surface. I'm always checking everything out. 😘

I love going to Sam's club it always has what I need plus more things to see . I love how they keep the items stock and keep the store clean . Even on July 4, they opened at exactly 4 am. Check in 4am. Check out 4:45am.

On 06/18, I ended up with a rapid tire leak and needed a flat repair quickly. There was only one employee working the tire center. He got my car in a bay right away so it wouldn’t sit on the rim in the parking lot and fixed it promptly. Please take a moment to recognize this one employee handling everything in the tire department on Father’s Day. It’s service like this that keeps me buying all my tires at Sam’s.

Best thing about this place is the sampling of food. It helps while walking around for the 19 miles you have to do just for 3 items!!!
But, I like Sam's better than Costco or BJ'S tho.

My first time it was a success 🙌 I was looking for a product that was sold at Walmart but I found it here. My daughter shops here faithfully I will be back when a storm isn't on its way. They were out of the small water 💧 but that was fine I will try the Sam's Club on Brookpark they treat me right ✅ 😉 also. I found my product and that made my Christmas 🎄 ☺.

Always a good place to shop. Prices are very reasonable. Today, Wednesday, there were very few people shopping when I was there. A pleasant experience.

Had a great experience today while attempting to exchange an item for a different size. Thanks to “ Cheyenne “ , who was at the entrance, she allowed me to bypass the whole long line at the customer Centre and Silas: just go get the right size your looking for then come back to me and we’ll do,the exchange with the receipt. The whole event took me about ten minutes tops from when I entered the store until I was done . Thank so much “ Cheyenne “ for going out of your way

Love the scan and go. Most of the time I do not need to interact with employees but was buying some furniture at Oakwood Village. Dealt with Ronnie, Tiffany, Wendy, Missy, Diedra and the new manager Chris and they went above and beyond to help us, thank-you!

Safety precautions in place, sanitation of shopping carts. Limited number of customers.

Slightly crowded due to the holidays, but no complaints. Sam's employees are amazing!! With covid, the carts are sanitized & wipes are available. The cashiers are also doing their best to keep the registers cleaned as well. The employees are very friendly & each one spoke to us as we made our way through the store.

I've been shopping at Sam's Club for years. Never disappointed. Always clean, items easy to find, staff is always helpful and the prices are excellent for the quantity and quality. Most importantly, it keeps me from running to the store every week for items I use on a regular basis. My FAVORITE store!! They have EVERYTHING!!
