Pyramid has always delivered promptly and been good to deal with. My only concern is with the Avenge X that I order as a modular gun. I ordered change over parts in January and they are still back ordered. She ain’t modular if you can’t get parts! What gives?
I still give them a 5 but someone must have dropped the ball!
Do like the 3D Evolve stuff!

Awesome... very easy ordering and checkout. There was a small issue when I placed my order because my shipping address was different than my billing address. I had to call Pyramyd Air to clear everything up before they would ship my order. This in my opinion shows that Pyramyd is very serious about the security of their customers. I definitely will be using this site for my airgun supplies and needs.

Easy ordering process as usual. I chose a wrong option and placed the order before I realized. Emailed Pyramyd Air support and they corrected the order and still shipped it on time. Love my new rifle and love doing business with Pyramyd Air.

Excellent and fast customer service. I have ordered numerous times and shipping is always fast. Had a minor issue with my last order of airgun pellets and Henry fixed it immediately and I had a replacement within 36 hours! Highly recommend this business.

The website is quite adequate/predictable/simple!!
Checkout was routine.. though the local tax calculation was wrong.
A simple phone call to customer service/accounting immediately rectified the miscalculation and an over taxed refund was made within minutes to my credit card... quite impressed... they aim to please for certain.
Shipment was carefully packed and pleasingly prompt ,4 days, though I'm still waiting for one back ordered item.. definitely not a show stopper.
The customer care follow-up was immediate and offered additional support to make sure I was not left without a contact for additional questions or concerns.
This is by far the best purchase/web experience I've had in many years!!
Now... if the product delivers the manufacturer's promises....??

My Crossman Benjamin 22 Nitro Piston pellet gun has been an excellent shooter and great for snake control at our camp. However the Nitro Piston failed and we have no local service centre in our area. I watched a You Tube video on how to change the piston and ordered one from Pyramid. It came in less than a week to Northern Ontario. I was able to change the part myself in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with the fast shipment from Pyramid.

Super fast shipping and the pellets were packed in a box and surrounded by foam. Packaging was above and beyond anything I expected. Much better than a padded envelope other companies use which always results in pellet damage. Extremely happy with my purchase and will continue to purchase from this company again.

This order arrived very quickly and the service is excellent. They know how to ship pellets so they are not damaged when they arrive. Which is important if you want your money's worth and you want accuracy. So many places just throw a tin of pellets in a shipping bag and send them out. When they do, you end up with damaged tins and pellets.

I have bought products internationally quite a few times now. All my orders have arrived in perfect shape, thanks to the good packaging and 10 for 10 test service. Which is extremely valuable to me, shipping the products back is quite a headache to do internationally, so well worth the price. Staff has been very friendly, helping me with the shipping and providing insight.

The stock variety is excellent and very up to date, the loyalty program and discounts are one of the big things that keep me in here. Even without those, the shopping experience has been a very positive experience.

They also have an extensive and in depth resource section in their webpage, which covers such a large variety of topics, from some very experienced people. This gives me confidence making my purchases!

I have an Avenge X with all three barrels. I purchased pellets for the 25 cal, a bipod and cleaning supplies. Everything shipped the next day and arrived two days before the estimated delivery date.

Being Canadian, I am always a little hesitant to order from the US with the possibility of silly brokerage fees etc. Ordering on the Pyramyd Air site is very straight forward and easy. Prices are good and specials for ordering a certain quantity are very much appreciated. Product was at my door inside of a week, packed bulletproof and no brokerage charge. Thanks.

Ordered a .25 caliber barrel for my Hydra. Item shipped early the very next day (I think I ordered it late in the afternoon). Delivered quickly via UPS! This thing was packaged so well it would have even survived the USPS! Great service! Not sure about customer service as there was no need but I am sure it is great as well. Thank you PA!

For starters Pyramid Air is hands down amazing. Great guns. Great prices. Fast shipping. Perfect condition. Pyramid has made the PCP world possible and enjoyable. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
