This location in Cicero New York is my favorite. Good morning crew is awesome, even the crew in general do a great job, they work hard I love coming here. I have breakfast here every morning with my friends and we're sitting here for hours in the morning starting our day. This is a very enjoyable location and the food is great so is the staff

Friendly Staff and had fun talking to the lady at the Drive Thru and also the Manager ... Food was hot and delicious!

My wife picked me up 2 original chicken sandwiches and brought them home for me.

I have *NEVER* been so amazed by the quality of a fast food chicken sandwich. Well done, BK. The lettuce had that nice crisp to it that you always look for, the chicken patty's breading had just the right amount of crunchiness to it, and the chicken meat itself wasn't overcooked like most fast food chicken. It had the right amount of moisture. And they didn't skimp the mayo, or add too much- it was just right. The temperature after the drive was just perfect. I should have saved the other sandwich for the next day.... but I didn't. And the second sandwich was just as good, so you know they didn't just luck out when making it.

It's your average Burger king .... everything what I was expecting from a Burger king..... Ordering what well service was pretty quick before my food came out. All the food was what I was expecting.

The employees were extremely friendly. I had to wait for a ride after dropping off a rental car. I'd been craving original chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint! The coke was cold and delicious as well! I love the onion rings with the zesty sauce!!!

Great place! So yummy. Char is great, and all the employees in general are so kind. I really enjoy eating here.

P.s. they have the King crowns!!! So fun.

The drive thru line moved quickly. Friendly employees. I ordered a Whopper Jr. It was served quickly and hot.

I stopped later at night to get our daughter dinner after dropping our son off at college and they went out of their way to cook the food fresh for her. That was very thoughtful and kind.

Normally I'd say who gives a shake it's a fast food joint, but I really appreciate the care and support from this place. Someone trained these people to give a shake. That's why I give enough of a shake to write a review. Seriously I keep coming here wondering why this place works so well. They're very efficient. The mgmt has to be good. It's the only thing that makes sense.

And I say go here and get an ice cream cone for a dollar! That's why my son will pick BK over McDs every time because Dad will buy him a cone! Smart boy. *touching moment* Take a sec, go tell your kid you love them.

I also recently ordered a huge to go order, 160 nugs, plus burgers and fries, for his birthday party. I gave them advance notice and they did an excellent job! Needed it by 5pm and I was out the door at 5pm. Appreciate it Sue.

If you’ve ever been to the North Syracuse BK, you’ll be pleasantly surprised if you take 5 extra minutes to drive up Route 11 to Circle Drive. Friendly, efficient, fast, packed well in bags, and cooked excellently. Three visits and each time has been spot on. The only drawback is that they pack the food correctly in the bags … no bag fries 😂. Kudos to this store manager. You’re doing something very right!

Its close to where I live, and easy to get to. I had a shake, its always good there. Burgers are good, fries are always hot, staff are friendly.

Hands down the best Burger King in Syracuse! Food is fresh, service is quick, and employees are very kind! I am a regular customer here and I will keep coming back here for years to come! I highly recommend eating here!

Fast service, food is Good and Fresh Tasting. I have to Drive a Little Bit more to Go To This Burger King, and it's Worth it.

This Burger King has been here for a long time in the the community. It is very well-managed and the food is prepared well. The drive-thru is never over crowded and the service is fast. They make a good Whopper and a very good fish sandwich better than McDonald's or all the other fast-food places

These guys crush it every time. Never mess my food up and always fast. I’m not the biggest BK guy but I go here when I don’t want my food messed up

The Auburn and Manlius Burger King's have delicious and moist original chicken sandwiches. They have friendly workers there too.

I give Burger King a solid 5/5 gold stars! Their food is always hot (unless it's a frozen item of course) and it's always fresh! My favorite food item has to be their Chicken Nuggets which you can get 8 for a dollar! And that comes in a spicy, and not spicy form. Overall Burger King is an amazing restaurant and it's worth your money.

How can you not like a place that does it the way you want it... or the smell of seared beef being broiled... LOL... But seriously the service here was amazing and you could really tell the staff really wanted you to enjoy your meal and hopes that you'd come back... And they do as I saw while I was waiting in line at this location has its regulars whom frequent this place because of the friendly service and focus on their customers request. Everything was absolutely spotless from their dining floor to the restrooms.

I go here for breakfast. They never mess it up, and they are always nice. Now this 5 star rating is for the morning staff only as I never eat here only for breakfast. I tried chick fil a one time as I used to eat it in Florida and they messed my order up so bad that I'll always come to BK for breakfast and not stray away.
