I will generally ONLY go to the Dover, Florida post office for services. Carmela is an amazing person and provides exceptional customer service. She goes over and beyond to provide the best customer service. I definitely prefer this location as opposed to Plant City whose employees are "too busy" and not helpful at all. You're basically on your own at the Plant City location. Thank you Carmela for assisting my son and me with the books shipment!

A wonderful bunch of friends.
I will miss each and everyone.
Moved out from FL; I will admit thought that this was the place where I always left out of there with a smile.

I came into this post office about 6 months ago with my son . He proceeded to tell the women at the counter that he NEVER gets mail . 😂 She asked if she could send him some mail and asked him what he wants . He said he needed a journal . A few days later we received one from her with a sweet note inside 💓😭 She went above and beyond in customer service ! This was just sooooo thoughtful !

Fast and efficient service. I drive farther to use this post office, but ease of parking is worth the couple extra miles.

The staff are always helpful been going here over 20 years and never have a problem super nice 👍👍👍👍👍

I come to this post office for the very first time to find out some information about a package a lady with curly hair comes up to me she's nice at first then I start asking her questions about the package and if I could get proof that my package was not sent to me she started getting snippy in one sided so I asked for the main person Mr Tony B was a delight to talk to he helped me out and everything I needed he went over and above what should have been done to make sure I was happy to get what I needed to prove that something wasn't sent to me I applaud Mr Tony for being the manager and an uplifting person that he is the curly haired lady I don't know her name she needs a course and customer service relations she may have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed or had a bad morning but she should not take it out on her customers especially for the first time

They do the job but the lady that works inside seems like she doesn’t like her job. I went their twice to return something she wasn’t very nice felt like going to another usps location.
