Came into Ashley just to look at new king beds. Ended up being helped by Kristen and she was so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up purchasing with her. She was so open with us and never felt like we were pressured with any purchase. We were very comfortable and confident with our purchase once all was said and done. Thanks for your help today Kristin!

Sam was a great sales rep. He took great care to help us with all our furniture needs. We were shopping for a whole new living room set along with some other separate items. Sam was very knowledgeable and curious both days when we came in prior to making our final purchases.

I went to Ashley Furniture in search of a TV stand with a fireplace insert. I was looking for one to match my other furniture. Edna walked all over the store looking at the different TV stands and found one that matched my furniture and included shelving for me to display items on as well. I called later to check on the size of the unit and she was happy to measure it for me. I ordered it a few days later through Edna. Edna was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service to me.

My husband & I are fairly new to the area & this Ashely furniture store was our first & last stop for all our new furniture. Kristin approached us with a positive & supportive attitude. She gave us space to make our own choices & gave her honest opinions on every piece of furniture. Kristin is an amazing resource who provided updated information on their latest & most reliable pieces of furniture for our home and worked every possible discount into our price. We would definitely recommend her to anyone & will definitely be back if we need more items for our home.

My husband and I went to but a mattress. Our sales associate Melinda White, who was very sweet, could not have been more helpful. A mattress is a huge investment and she made sure we were matched with a mattress that met our physical needs and our budgetary needs. She spent as much time as we needed. While she made suggestions, there was absolutely no pressure. Very happy with the experience.

Phenomenal customer service from the best sales associate, Ms. Edna. She answered every question we had, and she was so patient with us. Ms. Edna went above and beyond assisting us even after our sectional sofa was delivered. One of the pieces of our sectional was deficient, and she helped us file a claim and got a technician out to fix our sofa a few days later. Ms. Edna cares about her customers because no matter how busy she gets, she always responds and always willing to help. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Ms. Edna and I definitely recommend her to anyone. If you ever go to Ashley Furniture in Brandon, go ask for Ms. Edna!

Greg C. Is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and is super helpful. We had an issue with our purchase and the level of care he provided to make sure everything was to our satisfaction is rare these days. I will definitely continue to shop with Greg for my furniture purchases.

Sam was very helpful from the first time we came into the store to when we finally decided to purchase. Answered every question we could think of. Incredible follow up and let us know when our favorite pieces went on sale which ultimately led to us purchasing. Thank you Sam!

Edna was the best associate! I came with my roommate to look for couches. Edna gave us all the information we needed, she never hounded us, but was always available when we need help. She allowed us a day to talk over our options without having to make an immediate purchase. We came the next day with a decision and immediately looked for Edna. She helped us with our purchase. She's lovely and very helpful!

I was looking for a dining set that wasn’t available for online purchase so I phoned in and was connected to Edna who QUICKLY checked the availability and was able to honor the discounted rate that was advertised online. Within literally minutes, she broke down my options to purchase and before I knew it I had a tracking number for my order which will arrive in a few days. U rarely find associates as quick and helpful as she was. I was extremely impressed with w service she provide and I will be back for future orders!
