I recently had an experience where the associates and management truly went above and beyond to help my family. This is by far, the best Lowes I have ever been to. I will not shop anywhere else unless absolutely necessary!

I purchased my oven and Mr Todd from appliances department give me the best customer service and help me to get the right one. If you are looking for any appliances ask for Mr Todd, highly recommended.

I used to shop home depot more often as I always felt it was a bit more contractor friendly.. however when covid hit, home depot became a nightmare to get in and out of while lowes as always remained a breeze to get thru. Not to mention their clearance deals are unbeatable. I look almost daily and score great deals on work materials that I need to buy anyways. Today I spent $15 on $35 worth of concrete. Staff is always friendly and helpful !

Lowes is my number one go to for any and all of the projects that I get into and/or decide on including the DIY projects that I find myself getting into!! No matter what I need and no matter what project I am doing, Lowes is always the one who has what I need and what I want every single time!

The staff here is great. They always help me find what I need. Much better than the Home Depot down the road.

Clean, well layer out store. Staff is friendly and knows everything is and helps you find it. Every time I do a price comparison, they have the best pricing. Just purchased 6 bags of fertilizer. 20% spead on pricing. Home Depo came in 2nd but saved $36 dollars at Lowes. You actually can find someone to sterr you to want your looking for. Highly recommend!

Pretty busy, but very helpful staff. Although I had trouble with an online order, the store staff sorted it out. I appreciate the customer service attention and attitude, it reflects well on the management.

The staff at this Lowe's went above and beyond to help us purchase the grill we've been looking for. We went to 3 different Lowes and this one final had it, but only the floor model. They let us purchase it (yay!) But then proceeded to help up get it disassembled (a little) to fit in the SUV we have and get everything loaded up. Absolutely amazing group of people at this location!

Great selection of light fixtures, ceiling fans, flooring, window blinds and shades and a large garden center. Good discounts on appliances.

I had to stop at 2 different Lowe's today.... So I'm gonna be real!!! The Lowe's in Plant City i give a big double thumbs down. There customer service(Returns) were totally ridiculous and wouldn't take my return of 5 boxes of laminate flooring which I bought from them about a month ago but had lost the receipt. They said no and couldn't give me any reason except "people grab things from here and walk out the door then come back and want a refund" LMAO! Clearly I did not do that but I kept my laughs, at the Manager mind you, in check and left. Went to the Brandon location had to tell a white lie and say I purchased them there and they returned it no issues.... Thank you Brandon Lowe's for doing what they are supposed too.... They all wear courteous and kind and are now my location of choice. Merry Christmas!

This specific Lowe's will definitely be my Lowe's of choice going forward. Employees are extremely helpful, always offering assistance instead of waiting for the customer to ask. Store manager Tracey is AMAZING!!! I had an unresolved issue I spent well over an hour trying to rectify at the Causeway location, explained it to her and she had us out of her store in less than 20 minutes.

Bobby done a fantastic job explaining every aspect of the DeWalt tools that I needed to know we need more Bobby's at this Lowe's home improvement store

Had what I needed after leaving home depot because they didnt have what i was looking for. A little more expensive but lowes had the material. Quiet and not busy at all. Fast check out.
