Publix Super Market at Brandon Mall

We had some party trays to pick up for a family member, turns out they had placed the order at the Publix down the road. But Andrea was absolutely amazing. He was trying so hard to help us figure out what happened. He even called the other store himself to confirm the order was there. And before that, he offered to have the trays made immediately. He deserves some recognition. Customer service is his thing. 100%. He was great! So kind.

I love this Publix. It is always well stocked, very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I went on a Wednesday, and was very happy with their $5 Sushi selection. They also are willing to add sauce, or make the type sushi you request. I also got some delicious freshly baked breads, pastries, and made to order sub sandwiches. I highly recommend this Publix.

This Publix location was great. Clean, organized and very helpful employees per usual. Came in for a quick healthy lunch and grabbed their personal size pasta container. I would give this pasta only 2 stars.. it wasn’t flavorful at all and had a doughy/pasta flavor. It was mediocre.

See...it makes a difference when your employees share in the company's future.
That's what it is all about... they get it! Publix may have its corporate issues but the overall experience has ALWAYS been positive for the most important person...the customer. Thanks !!

Parking wasn't so bad but I love the store. Found everything I needed and the employees are very helpful

I love this store. They're pleasant, helpful, clean and try to take care of all needs. Their prices are reasonable also.

Ordered online and it somehow got missed. The two male employees in the deli got my order ready fast and was sincere in their apology for missing it. They were very professional and you don't see that alot anymore!!

Publix is always concerned about customer service but they have elder lady that is never happy. She was on the register when you walk in right next to the self service to the right. I think it was 6
She has short blond hair. We were in line and somebody came behind us and she said that 2 other registers were open so they should go there. We have had her several times and she is never happy. I am sorry if she us some personal problems then I will understand

While busy on a late Friday afternoon, Publix makes it easy to get in and out. Great Cuban sandwiches, fruit, sweet tea, and a sheet cake made for a very nice family event.

I bought a dozen red roses for my wife on valentines day for only $45. Which is not a bad deal compared to the flower shops who were wanting $145..

They are very well-stocked, the store is kept cleaned and the staff is always is so friendly as soon as you step into the store

An average publix with a well maintained parking lot. 11am-1pm is the lunch rush, 6pm-8pm is also busy

It just I can't seem to get my prescription fully just some of it them want to charge me everything I need another box of FlexPens. Not right .

I've not been at this location before and I must say, the employees are as friendly as in any other ones I've been. first publix i saw with self check-out too! convenient if you only have a few items that are not fresh produce since it needs extra steps of searching for the item to determine the price per weight.

They got everything I need. Very nice place to shop, plus the store is kept clean .

Everyone that works there Know the true meaning of southern hospitality. let me tell you I have one of those new electric bikes and them girls let me park it right next to the buggies. So I do not have to leave it outside taking any unnecessary chances. But I do kind of feel bad for parking my bike by the boogies even though it is not in the store but does Publix employees work so hard on always keeping the store very clean. They know where everything's at in the store when you ask one of the sales associate they know where it's at. And when it's time to check out a Publix employee rings you up. Bags your groceries and assist you to your car and helps you pack your groceries in the car... Need I say more about them fine people.... Best fried catfish ever....
