Love this Starbucks! They make the cold brew non dairy vanilla sweet cream perfect ! They were out yesterday and had to get.from other store and just not like Manvel. Also very friendly great service !
I drive to work in Sugar Land everyday and the Starbucks at other locations are not as consistent as this one. Drinks are perfect !

I’ve visited this location a few times, each time I’m greeted and made to feel at home! Maren, the manager, is amazing! Her smile will literally light the entire building. Thank you for all you guys do!

First time visiting this Starbucks since we moved here. Wait was kinda long, but it was pretty busy so not too different than the other location I went to before. Drink was well made (got the apple crisp frap) more so compared to other locations, really appreciated that! Just was too light on the coffee part, otherwise kudos to the barista this morning for making it properly!

I've been here several times, and it's been amazing. Every occasion, the service is usually overall good, and the people are always kind. Usually quick even walk-ins and drive thru, now obviously during rush hour it's going to be busy just like anywhere. Will be back soon 💞

Look Starbucks is Starbucks at the end of the day. You know what you’re going to get drink and menu wise, that’s part of the appeal for a lot of people. So I won’t be rating based on product. I’m not sure if they rearranged staff since these interviews but the past few months the service I’ve experienced here has been AMAZING. Everyone that works there is nice, sweet, patient and accommodating. I’ve given tips multiple times because of how good the service is and they are always more than thankful. You can tell most like who they’re working with or play it off very well at least so the vibe to work there inside or out is very comfortable! The outside area can be loud because of the highway but the chairs are comfortable and there’s lots of outlets! If you stopped/didn’t go here because of reviews regarding service I’d give it another chance. Remember these people are working all day with people that usually haven’t had their first cup yet and I don’t think many of us would have the patience for that and keep a smile on our face for the remainder of our day. I’ve only had a problem with a drink ONE time and it was a very specific request and they were happy to give me a new drink when I pulled around when I explained the problem.

Cute new Starbucks is a great addition to this neighborhood and stretch of highway 6. Lots of new development in the area including multiple new neighborhoods so this is a fantastic place to meet some friends or have a meeting. Parking is also pretty decent.

Like I promise I went back and this time everything was perfect . Love it I do recommend give it a try .
I know today was opening day so I Placed a order online for a mocha chocolate chip Frappuccino with coconut milk and no syrup and no whip cream and some other stuff so we drive to the drive-through to pick it up I gave them my name for the order and they didn’t have it ready so I read the Oder to the barista and they still got it wrong after reading the ingredients and special requirements for the frappe.
They made it with coconut milk with chocolate chips and cookie crumbs the drink had chocolate syrup and whip cream and it was more like a drink not a Frappuccino I hope things get better with time . I’ll give it another try sometime this week. I was very excited because I love Starbucks .

Considering I hardly go to starbucks the person taking my order in the drive thru was very patient with me. I appreciated all there help and how they were able to answer basic questions regarding their menu items. Their nice attitude and speedy service is tempting me to become a frequent customer.

People here are new and trying hard. Coffee was good. Online ordering worked. They are doing great. Perhaps the uppity Ken’s and Karen’s working hard on their writing can do so in the hectic Pearland location 😁

Class A facility and employees. I really have to comment about how grateful I am that they actually stay open, happy to serve you until their listed time of closing. I highly recommend this store. Great job and thank you.

Had good service and drinks when doing some work, wasn’t loud. Table had built in outlets for charging and wifi was fast.

I find the staff to be very nice and welcoming....they are a new store and not a seasoned as some of the older stores but watch out...they are going to be one of the best. Keep up the good work Manvel!
