Dillard's

This store always surprises me so many deal right now. It’s clean and customer service is 5 star.

The store is safe to go and shop.as you know we still have to wear masks for safety. They have clearance through out the store.

I found everything I needed to find in a short time frame. This translates to efficient product placement.

Dillard's is one of the few department stores that give their men's section more attention than most. I knew exactly where to find what I was looking for and found that the staff offered assistance in a non-intrusive way. I appreciate that .

A big plus is that I didn't have to walk a mile from my parking spot to the men's section. It was literally the first section you walk into when entering the store.

Will visit again!

Nice place to shop

I love this location. They have a lot of cute clothes in the juniors section and I love that they have a good shoe selection! I was able to find Dr. Martin boots here and bought a pair, they had several styles which I loved! And the sales people are always real nice and helpful with me. I Never have a problem shopping here.

I just had great service here in the bra department. I went in shopping and the sales woman came and left a suggested peice on my door knob in my size. It ended up being a perfect fit and so I bought it along with another on sale. She was very informative and kind, and I really appreciated her expertise and mannerisms.

Absolutely love this store! I can ship online or in the store. Great selection of dresses (for which I was shopping). Easy checking out and easy returns.

Clean stire with well stocked and wide selection of women's clothes. Much better compared to Baybrook store.

I like going to Dillard's and having an option of walking around touching and selecting my own clothes, jewelry, makeup, shoes, dresses,or purses. It's a very different reality and than shopping online. I especially like going through Southern Living bedroom areas, crystal glasses, and plates.

Alex in the Lancôme department gave me the best experience ever! I never received great customer service in Dillards until I met Alex. He matched me with the best foundation I’ve ever worn. It was my first time trying Lancôme foundation and I was very pleased on how it match my skin so perfectly considering I’m a woman of color.

They have friendly staff. The perfume section is a bit much. I have allergies and I have to go around that area. I wish they had sales in the purse section like Macys.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location but my return visit today was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and I received incredible assistance from Clarissa. She was the best!

If you are in need of a dress ask for SUE. She knows her stuff when it comes to modest and professional fashion. She will be honest with you if you have questions on the fit and/or color of clothing. Love this lady!
