Panera Bread

Consistently great service, food, soups, and 2 baguette loaves. I wish they'd deny their hazelnut coffee if it's old and not hot from the carafe as it literally leaves a bad taste 😫

The quality is always exceptional. My favorites are the green goddess chicken cobb salad, tomato soup bread bowl and broccoli cheese soup.

The food always tastes great. A few thought in improvement would be to put decent topping on the smokehouse BBQ sandwich, it never has much in it. And the last time I came in, they got everyone's order wrong in our party. Thankfully it wasn't a big deal for anyone and they made it right quickly.

My first ever visit to a Panera Bread. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting the Mexican Street Corn Chowder (bowl) and an apple. The food was excellent and served quickly and hot. I was very well satisfied with the entire experience.

Always delicious, but yet quick and easy. I did the kiosk and finished about the same time my mom did at the counter. Would go back. Was nice and clean.

The Panera Bread in Blue Springs is always clean and well lit. Service is regularly prompt and friendly, food is always terrific. If you're in the mood for excellent comfort food, definitely hit up this location.

I had such a pleasant experience while passing through town. I ordered a grilled cheese that was less than satisfactory. I asked for it to be warmed up bit more to my liking. Not only did they replace my sandwich and not make a fuss, completely acknowledging the fact that they could do better, but also checked up on me several times after to make sure my experience was still up to par after making up for it. On our way out they also offered me and my husband a complementary pastry for each of us. I appreciate it so much because I didn’t have to make a fuss for them to make a big deal out of me having a great experience. It meant something to them for me to enjoy my visit. The staff was extremely nice. Thank you so much! I sincerely appreciate remarkable experiences such as this one, that all too rare nowadays.

This is the best experience I've had at a Panera in a couple years! They were understaffed but still very quick with service, super friendly, and the food was delicious. I truly hope everyone that worked tonight gets the proper appreciation they deserve from their management. Phenomenal!!

I went there to eat after church with my daughter, son-in-law and two of my grandchildren. I had the broccoli and cheese soup with bread. It was delicious and hit the spot perfectly!

I ordered online and my food was ready when I arrived. As I was heading out the door an employee stopped what they was doing to thank me and wish me a good night. That one simple act is hard to come by these days and often under appreciated. This story gets even better though. As I drove away on a very cold evening I stuck my hand into the bag to find a warm baguatte which just so happened to warm my heart. Moments like that will have me always coming back.

I met a contractor that was hiring for a excavation operator unfortunately I did not get the job. I actually love this restaurant every time I go there I'm treated very well good customer service good food. I would highly recommend this place for lunch.

Always a pleasure. One of the nice young ladies struck up conversation while I was waiting. She was busy and could have easily ignored me and gone about her work, but took the time to make me feel welcome. Food great as always. I can't imagine not going to Panera, but this is a perfect example of why I come back!

Love this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! I love the Pick 2 meals. Get a small sandwich, and soup or a salad. Your choice of any one available. On a cold or rainy day there is nothing like the broccoli and cheese soup. Get a Pick 2 and a drink and a cookie or muffin for 99 cents! I love the little sweet after a healthy lunch. Easy to get in and out of this location or stay and read or use your computer. Lots of groups meet there because it is so comfortable.

Panera has food with real ingredients. Their pastries and soups taste like they are homemade and the bread is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. All for a reasonable price! It's one of my favorite places to go.

Had tuna sandwich with tomato basil soup. Makes for a great lunch. A little pricey but really enjoyed it. Quite atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.

Pretty expensive, but we go here a few times a week. Good food, a little slow depending on when you go. But over all workers are positive, and food is great!
