The system had just gone down so they were playing catch up on all the orders! The manager on, still kept her cool and treated all the employees very good with an upbeat attitude- even though this was a very stressful time.

I had ordered 7 drinks and they got them all right!
I definitely will be back!

Affordable donuts per dozen $12.99. Can't beat the price and taste. Fast, clean, and friendly service. Limited parking...

Open 24/7. Love the food, service, and prices. Shouldn't be going here with Diabetes, but the Donuts are very tasty. A dozen for less than $14 (including tax). Any variety, not just the round Donuts. Why does everyone (Stores and gas stations) make you pay more for long Johns or cinnamon rolls. Dunkin Donuts doesn't. ✌

This morning was a great experience at Dunkin for me. I used to always come here on my way to work, but with in the past several months I stopped because I was always over charges and the coffee wasn't good. Today was a shocking surprise and if the customer service, coffee and payment stays this way I will be coming back much more often!! Dalton has come in and helped train the staff, whom have always been nice, and the coffee is good! He is making the right adjustments to help this Dunkin'! Just knowing I can pull in at 515 am and get a good coffee I will drink is a relief. This is the way any store should be ran! Keep up the good work and great customer service!

I would have never gave 5 stars 4 weeks ago. I stopped coming here , but decided to come again and I'm glad I did this new management has really did a 360 here the donuts are actually glazed and everything is so much better including the customer service if you had a bad experience before give them a try again it's way better. Thanks new management!

I absolutely LOVE my local Dunkin’ Donuts! I visit this location several times a week! I had a less than satisfactory experience a few weeks ago and brought it up to the GM. She went above, beyond and out of her way to make things right. She truly cares about customer satisfaction and is exactly the kind of GM that every establishment should have. Thank you Dunkin’ for always being that perfect pick-me-up to get me through the day and to Melissa for being a top notch GM!

I was heading to the north side of town for a meeting this morning so I thought I'd stop for a treat. I passed two scooters and a Starbucks on the way there... all with lines to the street and fretted DD would be the same. There was one car. ONE CAR at DD. it almost freaked me out... like what's wrong? Why isn't it busy? Then when I got to the window to pay, I saw the reason. There were five or six employees in there getting orders out! NO WONDER THERE WASN'T A LINE! ❤

I’m 5 months pregnant and was having a really bad hormonal melt down right at the drive thru window. The ladies working were very sweet to me. The coffee was delicious as well!

This Place could be my 2nd home. I go there at least twice a week & Duncan's has yet to let me down. Which says alot because I am picky & my order isn't the simplest. The best coffee & the cost isn't bad at all. I've been through the drive-thru & ive also gone inside, and both are speedy.

So far they have always gotten my drinks right and provide quick service. Although I always order ahead, the drive thru can get pretty backed up most days.

This is my "local" Dunkin' - the closest to my house - and every time I've been in they've been very helpful and polite. I usually have to ask if they have my favorite flavor without sprinkles, but even if they don't, they're apologetic and polite about it. The donut quality is good, and I haven't had a bad drink here. Even the breakfast sandwiches are good. Raytown gets a bad rap, but this Dunkin' is a safe bet.

Just placed a huge order online and somehow they didn't get it inside. I called ahead and spoke with someone who wasn't at this location who said they would ensure the store got my order... Well when I got there they hadn't received it!! But Ciara and Marcus whipped my order up as fast as they could and really impressed me!!! My whole unit appreciates them!!!! Glitches happen... Not mad at all their AMAZING customer service made up for it!! Wasn't even long of s wait!!!! Thanks guys!!!!!!

Brown sugar cinnamon cookie cold brew

24-7, baby! Just north of I-70 on State Route 7 (west side). I've been here maybe a half dozen times. They're my "other" location when the one on 291 in Independence closes for the evening (around 8 PM or so). Staff is cordial and our drinks have never been cold or tasted burnt (like Starcucks...misspelling intentional). TEAM DUNKIN' 4-EVER!

Staff always has a smile, tasty sandwich and well made drink! Easily swapped my drink when delivery delays led to shortages.

Fast, lots of intriguing choices, and affordable. I enjoy that they have lots of coffee customization options, many places dont have many sugar free flavor options, ao variety can be hard to come by, but Dunkin' does!
