El Tucan Bar & Grill

The service was wonderful very kind staff. I'm surprised the restaurant didn't have more patrons inside. When you arrive they bring you chips which you can tell are house-made nice warm and fresh. Me and my family went and ordered multiple things which all were great. Me and my father ordered the strawberry margaritas which were wonderful. The lady who was our server was wonderful very kind and always checking to make sure we didn't need anything else. Overall a wonderful experience I would give more starts if possible. Definitely would recommend and will be returning!

This is a gem hidden in a small downtown area. The food is terrific! All fresh flavors, no hold-overs or dried out leftovers. Chicken enchiladas are delicious with moist juicy chicken, rice is lightly seasoned and isn't gluey, guac tastes great and the bed if lettuce under was fresh and crisp! Service is great, they really take care of you. Small but bright and clean. I highly recommend and will be returning!

We were super impressed with this mom n pop restaurant. It's now in my top 2! I'll be def making special trips here. So much poppin' flavor. Worth the drive!

I would recommend getting the stone bowl meals! Feeds two for sure. The place was weirdly empty but it was yummy food!

The Food was AMAZING my boyfriend and I ended up ordering two more meals just to bring home due to how impressively tastey our dine in meals were!!! Staff was attentive and super friendly!! I would highly recommend. I also liked that the atmosphere was comfortable for either having a meal with family or for a date with your sweetheart!!

Fantastic authentic Mexican food with an expansive menu. Cocktails were great too! Super friendly and attentive staff. Can't wait for our next trip to Hinckley so we can enjoy another meal at El Tuscan.

The refried beans and salsas are unique in the best ways. Huge menu with great variety.

Excellent! I will definitely order again! We had the fish tacos, street tacos and Grande Burrito Carnitas all very delicious. Pleasant surprise was the chips and salsa we got with our delivery, most places don’t include that.

Edit: I have come here several times, and I have never been disappointed. Very good and very great service. Tonight we had their seafood molcajete and it was absolutely fantastic. El Toucan dip is never a disappointment. Maybe one day I will be able to save room for dessert. Lol

Five stars and more! I had the Burrito Poblano, an absolute must if they have the poblano sauce on hand (the green one). Also pictured is the Burrito Chipotle, another must try! Margs + chips & salsa rounded out the perfect lunch. Small little family restaurant with great service.

Great Tex-Mex restaurant in downtown Hinckley. Who knew? We had two Alambre dishes which were very good. Clean plate club here! Family owned, great for dine-in or take-out. Quality vittles with spice, which is nice. Will be back!

I took some for takeout, and ate it the next day, and it tastes JUST like it was inside! The food is very delicious. A $13 meal fed me for 2 meals!! And they were biiiig!

We had a fantastic dinner of fajitas, tacos, and enchiladas.

There were wonderful vegetarian and vegan options, too.

So glad we stopped in!

Great place to stop when you are heading up to duluth! I had their Alambre al Pastor and house margarita. Both were very good and I love the white sauce that they serve with the chips. Great service too!

Food was excellent and the staff was super friendly! We tried the chimichangas, taco salad and chicken fajitas and everyone loved what they ordered. Will definitely be stopping in again!

We were delighted to find this place on our way up north. Our service was amazing, food was great and we must note the menus - cutest, cleanest menus we had ever seen.

Delicious food, excellent friendly service, bright green walls! I loved it. The jalapeño margarita was awesome.

I could give only 3 on atmosphere. Its a small and nondescript space. That said, the food and service was an unexpected surprise. Stopped in on a lark while visiting the American Antique Mall. Drove to the old Main Street, two Mexican style places within 50 yards of each other. One was closed one open. Had a great meal at El Tucan and I will stop there again next time I find myself in Hinkley.

This place is legit! The food was excellent and the service was friendly and prompt. We will be back!
