Louis, our waiter, was exceptional! A family-oriented individual, he warmly welcomed our large family, and we appreciated hearing about his strong family values. He was incredibly prompt in serving drinks and ensuring our needs were met. And let's not forget about the food—absolutely amazing! Hot, fresh, and reasonably priced!

Good morning. This is my 2nd time traveling this route since I stay on the road all the time. I actually travel from home (Atlanta GA), and I make sure I stop here to eat lunch or dinner! I met a very good server. I don't know his name, but he's an old guy he work on restaurant all his life started in Atlanta, and now he's in El Ranchero Blue Spring. He is a great guy/server. The food is great! I always order el Casuelon. 2 casuelon orders, 2 sweet teas, 47.00 dollars with tips included . Make sure you guys Stop here!!

Overall, it's what you expect for a Mexican restaurant in the United States. Not quite authentic like a taquería but it has the standard offerings of quesadillas, burritos, fajitas, etc. I thought the servers were very attentive and pleasant. The ambience is somewhere in between a Tex-Mex restaurant and a sports bar.

I thought the highlight was the extensive chicken fajitas platter. One platter comes with the featured meat and vegetables, along with side dishes. it probably feeds two people, or expect to take home a box.

Great food, as always. There is plenty of authentic background music. The service was top notch. This is our go-to restaurant for a satisfying experience.

Very nice place. Salsa and quacamole are good. A friend who works at Don Julio in Collinsville, Oklahoma, told me to stop by when I told him I was going to Blue Springs. He knows someone who works there he went to school with. Good time. Oh, and the taco salad was great with plenty of chicken

Super yummy local Mexican food spot. Probably my fav one in blue springs/surrounding area. Service always kind and prompt. Give them a try!

We eat here frequently as it is close to our home. The staff NEVER disappoints and the food is always top notch. Every. Single. Time.

Great place for lunch. The prices are good and the service from the staff was remarkable. I had the tacos supremos and they were really good. So far, the best mexican restaurat I have been in the Blue Springs area.

Always the friendliest staff, the food is delicious and I never have to wait long to get my food. I go here all the time to dine in or pick up.

The food was very delicious and there was plenty of it.

The fajitas are always awesome hot fresh in sizzling I usually get chicken steak shrimp and chorizo with corn tortillas extra and I have to drink at least two of the delicious Tall Glasses of black margarita super fire and not pricey at all I at least visit this place once a week on the weekends the staff is always friendly will be coming back soon

The service was outstanding, the food came out hot and fast. The drink order arrived way quicker then I expected. Overall it was a good experience for us having dinner here.
I've eaten here a few times and it's been consistent.

We called ahead at 2pm on a Saturday with a group of 11 after having 2 other restaurants tell us that they didn’t want to take a group that size and the folks here didn’t hesitate. They also served us as well if not better than a group of 2. Our drinks were always full and our food was hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!!!

All of our meals were good! Tamales, quesida, fajitas and enchiladas.

Everyone is friendly and very up beat. Food comes out great and drinks are even better......you guys definitely need to stop in and check them out!!

Always friendly, more than enough food and the prices are affordable.
