Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had to leave a review for a particular employee but also the staff in general. They were extremely busy with the other location being closed temporarily and they handled it extremely well. They looked happy to be at work even with the high volume of customers. I wanted to give a shoutout to Ever in particular. I met him through the retail stores I run and he remembered me and my name as I was going through the line. He was extremely personable and hospitable which seems like a huge luxury nowadays in the food industry. I’m not sure if any managers see these, but I can’t say great enough things about the staff and Ever in particular

Everett the manager was pretty great showing me how it’s done when I had issues with another store and their quality of food everything was perfect! He was super nice and showed me about the app and the reward … he was so nice!

Whoever was making online orders on 1/21 at 11am - you are amazing. Best chipotle I’ve ever had!

We have been to this particular chipotle about 5 times. Each time the food has been hot! We have not been short changed on the meat without having to get a double (cause you know how they do with the spoon ..acting like they digging back in to add more and it's only a midget) so you actually get a good proportion of meat and rice! Service has always been quick even though it's super busy! They have also had the dressing available for salad everytime as I have been to others that have not even had dressing which makes me not get anything! Will definitely return of course!

This location always has fresh food, and the line moves fast.

June 6 2021 at 4:19 we reserved our order finally.
My wife been waiting in line for 37 minutes I'm waiting with t bgg e kids in the car then I just saw a man parked beside us order online got off his car picked his order and drove off in 5 to 7 minutes it took him.
And as always we are shocked , don't blame the employees blam the MANAGEMENT.

So I got there dining inside with wife and kids my wife been standing for ever and nothing employees with negative attitude slow acting they don't want to be there mean while I took the kids and the place is TRASHED not exaggerating I took pictures + I called the manger (a young lady) about we want to set me and the kid but trash is everywhere, she responds and I quote: we don't have people just standing for that. Omg! Now I know where is that bad experiences and horrible reviews from where. # Management.

This is the 4th time not (going over) that they didn't had fajitas and just blowing you off and pushing you to move ahead and : oh well or we will make it soon but it going to take long. Respond from them.
Blue springs Missouri is REALLY REALLY bad customer service BAD.
Oh yeah the rise is half cooked , chicken is 1 scoop extra chicken? 1 and a half not 2 and they CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!!!!!
I'm sorry I am not impossible but this is the way it is now.
REALLY ? It's going down hill I rather get taco bell (cheaper and better customer service).

The food here is great, the staff are awesome, and for a quick lunch on my way home after a long 16 hours at work this hits the spot

The line moves quickly and service is always friendly. On occasion I had to wait 10 minutes for my online order to be made; since I had already paid online they couldn't give me my meal for free so they opted instead to give me 5 BOGO coupons. A nice gesture that wasn't required but was greatly appreciated!

It is usually really good depending on staff though. This time they gave us good servings and made it worth our money. We love Chipolte and go often and when they jip us on portions and we pay the same we're not happy. Yesterday was great so 5 stars :)

Kind of cold & chilly in there, but I think the idea is to get your food & go. We all ordered bowls & burritos & it was all very delicious.

My Chipotle is THE BOMB dot COM!!! First they have the most Friendliest Staff & they ALWAYS ALWAYS Put their customers needs first! My Family & I love eating there and getting to know the Amazing Staff at Chipotle, many of them I know by name!!! #MyBlueSpringsCHIPOTLERocks

I like it for what it is... They need more something though. I dunno what that something is, but it is and they need it. You know? 🤔 The manager at this location is five star, however. She has worked there for a long time and she's on it when she's there. Place always runs smooth.

It was great to find a fast food place with a vegan option. What's more, the option was absolutely delicious! I now have a go to place for plant based Mexican flavors.

Fresh real ingredients that i feel good about eating clean and eating out at! My go to place living a gluten and dairy free healthy lifestyle. Taste amazing.
