Really nicely decorated store with ample seating.

Is such just a really helpful and taking out and then bringing it to our seat when it was ready.

The double quarter powder was well put together and tasted delicious. Our fish fillet sandwich was ordered double tartar sauce, but still was a bit light on the sauce and dry.

Their pop machine was well calibrated as the Coke products were delicious.

I came across a Facebook post from a fan sharing that McDonald's had a Detroit 🦁 Lions Bundle pack. As a loyal fan, I had to have it! Not every location had them. I reached out to Lansing Foodies to help me with my pursuit! A couple of calls and two trips later, the Mason McDonald's location pulled through!

I don't usually go to eat at McDonald's but when I do the lady Cherise that works at the window is an absolute Doll. She's always friendly and gives me a smile and usually has something very sweet to say. Just wanted to give her a shout out thank you for making my McDonald's experience a good

They made my moca frappe right and are the first McDonald's I've been to that got it right without me explaining how to make it

The one thing I wish is that I could tip on my debit or credit card. I believe they provide a service that deserves to be tipped. If the company could add this I believe it would provide your employees with an extra $1-3 per hour which would be a great incentive for hiring...helping your employees have a larger income is a great advantage to the company as it attracts and retains employees. Plus if they have this incentive if could provide better service to customers and make for more business

Very clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. I took my 2 year old inside and felt safe. Almost every table or seating area had an outlet.

Staff is fast, food is always fresh and hot. The only McDonalds worth visiting in the area. Keep up the good work Mgt and staff👍🏾👍🏾

Just an excellent example of how you would expect a McDonalds should operate. Thx to all involved. My assessment is not just based on this single visit but irregularly regular visits over 6+ months.

Hey, it’s McD’s !!! But i talked to the mgr while here and she was super sweet. Most times i find fast food people very rude, but not here. The mgr made me feel very welcome and want to come back, SO, I definitely will.

Quick easy McDonald's to hit when traveling. After we ordered we drove around to the back side of the restaurant and parked in Hutson's parking lot to eat. The food came out quick and the staff was friendly.

Went in and had an early breakfast while waiting for stores to open. This McDonald's was exceptional, there was a Fire place and its arrangement of seats felt very comfortable. other customers created you as if they knew your name. One of the best McDonald's I've had the privilege of visiting in my life time.

Looks like they had a busy evening. It was close to 9pm and the seating area needed some attention. No containers for ketchup but was given some when asked for. Food was prepared upon ordering so it was fresh and not under a warmer. Tired staff but friendly.

Last week they forgot one of my sandwiches in my order. Frustrating, yes, but a minor inconvenience in the world. I called to tell them and they sent me a handwritten note to apologize and a coupon. Everyone makes mistakes in their jobs so everyone here complaining about a singular experience should think about their personal missteps and how they would like customers to react. I sincerely appreciate the response.

Okay, you are likely wondering how a McDonalds gets a 5 star rating? I am glad you asked! I stopped at the McDonalds on Cedar St before work just now and HAD to write about my experience. There was a Mason Police Officer that pulled in the same time I did. After I ordered my food, I asked if I could pay for his. The kind girl in the drive thru said that I couldn't. Just before I got annoyed, she finished her sentence... "We give them their meal for free." WOW!!! Way to go, McDonalds!!! She said "They take care of us; the least we can do is take care of them." So yes, I do not have some fabulous story about getting my breakfast for free today but that is the best part of this. I did not, but he did! Class act! And to that police officer, whoever you are.. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice.

Food was hot and fresh. Crew was courteous and friendly. I would have used the app but I couldn't order the double filet of fish with light tartar sauce.

It's mcdonald's. What more is there to say? This location was fast, and the food was hot and fresh. I don't do fast food often, but expect good service when I do, and they met my expectations.

They were very friendly and fast. And our order was correct. Everything was fresh and hot. Would recommend them to family and friends.
