Cottage Inn Pizza Holt

In the last few months I have tried 3 different Cottage Inn locations and this place was the best. I ordered a family deal at 3:35pm on Saturday, I was told that it would be 35min. until my order was ready but I got the order in just 20min. The workers during this shift were friendly, upbeat, accommodating, and very professional. The pizza quality was great, and the SALAD LOOKED JUST LIKE AN ADVERTISEMENT, I was impressed because the salads at the other locations were wimpy.
This was my first time ordering from this location and I will return, great job!

We live very close to this location and get delivery at least once a week. Delivery is prompt and very kind.

Our orders aren’t always perfect, but the love and care is absolutely there. They do their best to offer great food, quickly.

We usually use the app, but when my family was sick and the app was misbehaving - calling in they took extra excellent care of us.

Love the change to offer icing for the cinnamon sticks in a cup! This makes it better to reheat and my mom, 80, enjoys them as leftovers more than before.

Fast, accurate orders. I ordered online. In the comments I asked that they thoroughly bake a deep dish pizza Detroit-style & they did what they were asked 🤯 After the height of the pandemic I found that take orders are generally filled in a sloppy, incomplete fashion (stuff not packed, wrong stuff packed, etc.) - not here. Super professional! Will start tipping ahead, here only, so far.

The food is always good. They were having trouble with their Facebook login to accounts and I wanted to use some rewards. I emailed customer service but they are not available til business hours m-f so I messaged them on FB. They responded quickly and told me to call the store so they could look up my account. They were so kind and helpful, which is honestly rare these days. They even made sure I got the best deal possible. The food ALWAYS comes WELL before expected too. I highly recommend. In this time where "fast food" service and food has been awful, cottage inn Holt is like the industry used to be and should be. I highly recommend and appreciate the workers.

Ordered online and I don't know what your experience has been, but it seems like the estimated time of pick, usually isn't real accurate. Not the case with Cottage Inn in Holt! My pizza and breadsticks were piping hot, fresh! And man, the crew inside were busting their butts! It was Friday night around 9pm and orders were just pouring in. When I picked up my order, the card reader was giving the cashier a little trouble but he kept his cool and helped the customer in front of me with a smile the whole time. 😀 You could see the teamwork going on in the back and that everyone was doing their part to pull together and keep the pizzas flying out of the oven. I was just overwhelming impressed with the quality of my pizza and the customer service I received. I eat out more than I care to admit, and these last few years, it is hard to find a place where the employees don't hate their jobs and let it show. So, if the owner/manager of this Cottage Inn is reading this, please! Take care of your employees! They handled a Very Busy Friday night like a well oiled machine and that my friend, is how you keep your customers happy.

I’ve never had a bad experience/order from here! It’s so easy to place an order, delivery/pick up estimates tend to be spot on and everything is made fresh and delivered hot and with care. Great employees make this location the best one around.

Food was great and the manager wav very helpful! Our food was hot and you could tell they take care about their customers. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door great job guys !

First of all, Cottage Inn pizza is the best chain in Michigan. But this location is so great on top of that. They are always polite, on time, and everything is perfect. Shout out to “John” who safely delivered our pizza to our car this evening. Isn’t it great when people are just kind and efficient?? We'll be back!

I ordered a thin crust BLT with sesame seeds from Grub Hub. The order went to Cottage Inn as a thick crust cheese pizza. I called the store to let them know because this was the third time. Cottage in replaced it with no additional charge and I had it within 30 minutes.

We had to wait a little longer than we expected to but the delivery driver guy named Xavir was super sweet and very nice! He noticed that we've been there longer and he gave us a discount card and not only that but a discount on the pizza too! He's wasn't not rude once and he didn't even have to notice us thousand's walked past us and he just happened to say something.

I've patronized Cottage Inn pizza for many years. I love their thin crust pizza with sausage and onion followed closely by their Detroit Meatball. You might find better pizza but, you won't find better pizza for the price. Sure, you can pay twice as much but you won't get twice the value. When you consider service, quality and price you really won't find better pizza anywhere.

Best experience as far as the pizza quality. I've never had a pizza that was made in a manner that had an extra sauce and extra cheese with so many veggies and meat that didn't result in a soggy pizza. Cottage Inn locations definitely differ based on experience of the cook behind the skill. GREAT JOB COTTAGE INN OF HOLT!

Their pizza is delicious! The sauce is spot on, not too sweet, and the ingredients are always fresh. When we order for delivery the pizzas are still hot. The staff is very courteous and professional. They have our loyalty!

Nice to have good food available up until 11pm. I love the subs and of course the pizza is made just right. I can't leave a review without saying the service is excellent. No sooner do I pull into a parking spot and they were walking out the door to bring me the food I had ordered.

First time customers to this location. I ordered a pizza, salad and bread sticks I was going to have my wife pickup on her way home. I mentioned to the staffer to please make sure to minus some of the cheese on our feta bread because my wife is pregnant. When she went in to pay and pick up the pizza, the staff told my wife that the pizza was "taken care of." I don't think you realize how much that gesture meant to my wife and I. The manager, a guy named Jeff, is seriously one of the best when it comes to customer service. If you're looking at these reviews, you probably already know that Cottage Inn has some of the best pizza, and other products around. They really do a top notch job, and offer a wide variety of pizzas you won't find in any other chain. What sets this particular chain apart, is the manager, Jeff. I had an order that was messed up, and never wound up getting delivered. As a result, I didn't get my order, but was charged. Jeff put in a request to have it billed back to me, but corporate dragged their butt on it.

Not accepting this as good enough, Jeff gave me my order back for free, AND credited my account there, as well as put in the request with corporate again to have my account credited. I was refunded my order, and got two separate free orders for my inconvenience. The experience here is something you will not get at any other pizza place locally. This particular location is a 5/5.
