I will never shop anywhere else. The customer service is beyond anything I’ve experienced at any other store with this focus. The product is high quality and the prices are unbeatable. They’ll even match a price if you find it for less. They have incredible membership rewards too. The staff really deliver a family vibe and are always looking for ways to get involved with community.

I came for a visit and was amazed at how wonderful of place this business is. Is business a proper term? Felt like a museum of video game history. The owner is super nice and has a huge collection of rare, vintage and often hard to find items. Some of the items the owner has are decades old and still in their original box! So awesome! The usual games and systems are here also from major companies. He has a good selection for used games and systems.

Extra Levels Gaming is exactly what the Lansing Area gamming community Needs! The store is actually more of a communal space open to anyone seeking to learn or make friends while discussing all things that tickle our Nostalgia. Here is a place where all kinds of people come together and enjoy what they love without fear or judgment.

Ive gone multiple times, fair prices and friendly staff. Their games worked as soon as they popped in my 360. Will probably go back and even consider an annual membership.

This store has a fantastic selection of games. A really quality amount of complete in box games and quite a few heavy hitters for the collection.

Staff was incredibly friendly, spent almost 45 minutes chatting games and they helped me out with some issues. I highly recommend the stop!

I got an awesome deal on my ps vita, and the guy who worked there was super nice.

We stopped in today (3/5) to see if they had two things:
1. A Sony brand PS3 controller
2. PlayStation 2 Guitar

He had both and here’s the amazing part
They were in stock, at a better price than other local places and THEY WORK! Both of them; and they work well. The PS3 remote looked as if no one had ever played with it; super clean and not AT ALL beat up.
Didn’t get the owner/workers name but we can’t thank you enough for having these controllers so we can play our favorite games.

What an awesome store! I’ve been buying from them for a while now, and since moving into their new store they have really stepped it up a notch. Huge selection of games, consoles, and accessories, and it is an absolute pleasure to chat with the folks behind the counter. The prices for a lot of the older games are much better than most used game stores, which is really the cherry on top. I will shop at Extra Levels any chance I get, and I highly recommend others do as well!

Owners are GREAT. Game selection is GREAT. Literally everything there is incredible, Extra Levels is one of the best video game stores I’ve ever been to and I’m excited to go back once I’m back in the Lansing area!

Went in for something I could play with my boyfriend because I’m not much of a gamer, but he is.

I struggled finding what I was looking for and ended up having trouble with what I purchased at first, BUT Billy was easy to get ahold of, he responded very quickly and went above and beyond to help us and make me happy and satisfied!

They have such a wide variety of games, consoles, and accessories. Literally almost anything you want or need they probably have. And the family that owns and runs the place are so kind and wonderful to talk to! They even have an affordable yearly membership you can sign up for which is similar to GameStops! Highly recommended swinging in and checking them out if you have the time :)

I had a great time here they have many old consoles and games ranging from Atari to newer games on the xbox one, ps5, and Nintendo switch. I personally bought a few gamecube games as that was my first console and I still play it even today. The workers are very helpful and will give you the best deals and advice.

Don't bother going anywhere else!!! Billy and Aaron are a pleasure to work with and more than fair... I just traded in a bunch of stuff to them and they made it easy!

Stoped in here the other day and as a gamer for 30 years I have to say this store is amazing, even picked up some new Atari games for my collection, billy is very polite, amazing customer service..thank you guys again. I’ll be back soon.
