Verizon

Well, I've been a loyal customer to Verizon for a very long time. My visit this time included the purchase of 4 new phones along with several accessories for each. Zaine (employee) walked us through all the products available and necessary to meet the needs we would have using our mobile devices. It's an enjoyable visit when everything comes together.
Thanks again Verizon. Keep up the good work.

Dealt with Brian Norris at the Wireless Zone in Mason. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very efficient when I bought my new iPhone. Every once in awhile we consumers come across a salesperson who is also a Real person; luckily we met up with Brian who made our purchase easy and enjoyable. He helped us and 4 or 5 others with ease. Just went to the Verizon store in my home town and was helped out by Zaine. He did an excellent job going through all the extra loop holes and making everything so simple. Zaine was very easy to work with and made it a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be going back to him if I need anything else!

Zaine was fantastic yesterday day!
We tryed to order online and that went about as poorly as it could have.
When we went into the store he not only fixed the order issues created by telesales, he also lowered our bill by over $40 with adding a new line.
What started as a horrible experience ended up being fantastic. Thanks again Zaine!

We went to our local mason branch and had the wonderful opportunity to work with Brian. He was so helpful and kind, has a great attitude and was amazing to work with. The world needs more people like Brian!

My experience was with Jordan at the Mason location. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she worked very hard to make sure that my damaged phone was able to be turned in for a rebate. My service was fantastic.

My husband and I recently bought new phones and had the pleasure of working with Brian. He got us through the process as quickly as the tech would allow and was incredibly knowledgeable about the current promotions we qualified for, which saved us a ton of money. We will happily work with him again and recommend any customers stop in and ask for him the next time they need an upgrade. He does the work of 3 with a smile on his face!
