I always get good service from this location. Even when it's busy they work together to make it a good experience. I also appreciate that they donate portions of proceeds to BSSD through the Blue Springs Education Foundation.

Aaron gave me good service he was polite and had manners and actually likes his job. The place was clean , organized, and I got my food fast!

Still one of my top choices for Pizza, never count out the Papa!

Of all the pizza places around (there are a lot to choose from in this area), this one is consistently excellent. I have always gotten extremely quick delivery/service and the pizza arrives hot, fresh, and very well made. Love this location!

Pizza was delivered hot and fresh to our hotel room. The delivery driver was very friendly! Order to delivery took 32 minutes.

I really like papa johns generally, recently moved here and am happy with this location! Pizza is always great, every employee I have ever encountered has been nothing short of kind and happy even during this pandemic! I always order online and have never had a late order!

Got the new bacon cheese pizza. We were there no customers walked right in an had to wait 5 min but the the people poured in. I no they had to wait for their order. They got really busy. But pizza was good will buy again.

This pizza was the best from Papa John’s franchise. I wished we lived closer. The staff was very friendly an observant.

Been a customer at this location for about 25 years (Jack Mehoff), have ordered 100+ carry out specials in that time and only once had a wrong pie. The crew are always friendly when I go in and even if I need to wait because I'm early or they are backed up, I've never seen any horseplay or customer shamming. I get sometimes orders get messed up, but look at the volume they are handling. Overall we are very pleased with this location and will continue to place our carry out orders. Thanks, your store has been awesome to us! Years ago we considered a franchise but being in our 50's we invested elsewhere.

Now the store at 19321 US 40 Hwy in INDEPENDENCE is a mess, stay away from that sh!t show.

We've been eating at this location for 3 years. Fantastic service, fantastic food. These guys never fail to deliver awesomeness. Everyone deserves a BIG raise!

Who ever is cooking at 11PM on Saturdays is the best pizza Cook is Blue Springs. Everything is always cooked perfect and still hot when delivered!!

I have never had a pizza made wrong from this location, the delivery is fast and all of the delivery drivers are nice and friendly. I've ordered from this Papa John's for the last 2 years and it is great. All of the bad reviews are just hateful people being rude.

and make sure you come in and see Gerald Harris their most newest night Manager there. I tell you that guy KNOWS HIS PIZZA and he's very friendly and HELPFUL!!!! THUMBS UP to Gerald Harris one of the BEST managers at THAT store!!!
