Great food and customer service! My experience with this particular Pizza Hut are all good experiences. This store is well ran and managed! I highly recommend.

Tried this location after another one went way down hill. Much better! Great pizza fast and friendly. Excellent crew, very polite and helpful. Ofcourse nothing is perfect all the time.

Ordered a pizza box and additional 8 boneless wings.
By the time I drove from the independence center to this location I only had to wait a couple of minutes before my fresh pizza was ready!
I want to specify fresh because the improvement this location has made is amazing!
It was extremely fast when it use to not be.
It was extremely fresh when we use to get cold pizza.
The staff were very friendly when they use to look miserable to be there.
Overall this experience was as close to perfect as it can get.
I am so happy this location has improved!

This Pizza Hut has a friendly and clean environment! Great customer service and good food! Way better than other pizza places!

I came into the store the other day , and the cashier , she was literally the sweetest. I am the type of the person to not ask for anything extra , but she was so happy to assist me 🥺❤Ah! I forgot her name unfortunately! But , GREAT STORE!

Pizza was actually pretty fantastic, good amount of toppings, sauce, and cooked perfectly.

Update things have much improved at this Pizza Hut location. Seems they are back to where they once were. I am giving them 5 Stars now!

Waited 10 or more minutes at the counter employees saw me there but did not acknowledge me. When someone finally walked by she said someone will be with you and walked out the door. The person who finally waited on me was in such a hurry to get me out the door that I had to ask for the drinks I ordered and the wings. She got the drinks and once against tries to get me out the door. I reminded her of the wings. She went and got them. Problem is when I got to my destination 30 minutes away they were dry wings with no sauce! I used to go to this pizza hut frequently and quit for a time because something was always wrong or missing with my order. I just started going back and nothing has changed.

Ordered both a pan and thin crust pizza, they were spot on! Both crusts turned out perfectly, the ratio of meat, sauce and cheese were 100%. The young lady at the cash register was very personable. Great experience all the way around!

Great experience ordering pizza at this location! They made our half in half toppings pizza perfectly with toppings on the correct sides and none of them crossing over to the wrong side. It was good and fast!

The pizza is soooo delicious! But we do miss our garlic butter crust flavor. It really made the pizza set apart, different, and better than all other pizza brands. Now the crust is just bland, and crunchy since there was no butter to keep it soft.

I have eaten at many Pizza Huts over the years. This location is consistent in it preparing a terrific pizza how you order it. The employees are friendly and supply terrific customer service, especially Richard. If you have a choice of a Pizza Hut in Blue Springs you should choose this location for great service!

It was Football Saturday. Hadn't had pizza in a second. Our 3 Meat Thin Crust Pizza was devine!! The crew was dedicated, wore masks & used gloves when asked. Watched the male cook pull & shape the crust then prepare my pizza with dedication! The manager was helpful & friendly. His Garlic Parmesan Bone out Chicken Wings were to die for. All done in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely make the trip back to this location SOON!!!

My first time there. Busy beyond imagination due to an online special, and these guys were busting butt to take care of everyone as best they could.

Richard seemed to be the manager and he was masterful at juggling all the people and tasks, while maintaining a fun and pleasant attitude throughout. I don't how much he's making, but it's not enough. Give this a raise.

Great location..Great price..It was ready in 10 minutes! 4:27 Saturday afternoon. Crust was perfect..Was hot and cheesy.
...Only one request..they act as if they were making the pizza for their boss.. friends or family..The ingredients were extremely skimpy & unevenly distributed. Almost looked like half Cheese half Hamburger Mushroom..When it was ALL hamburger & mushroom.
He asked if was ok when I picked it up ..Was hungry so I said yes.
They usually do better.. 🙂

Trashell the manager was amazing she was very nice and respectful I had problems with another food company and she made sure I wasn’t mad when I left from Pizza Hut !!!!!

I did the touchless curbside thing. i text the # when I arrived, the automated text replies and said they will be out as soon as its ready. keep in mind it said order was ready at 9:50. and I arrived at 10:00. say there foe 20 minutes, So I text again. automatic reply text back. now I am parked right in front, I can see right inside, them just standing around doing nothing. so 20 more minutes goes by & I finally go inside to get it. 50 minutes went by. horrible just horrible.

I put in my order at 11am. My food got to my house at 11:10am. The gentleman that delivered the food was quick and polite and delivered the food hot. Really loved the service. Got my wings. Got my mozeralla sticks. Today has been a good day. Keep up the good work
