Burger King

Under-staffed but I ALWAYS appreciate the ones that show up everyday! EVERYONE was focused, working hard to get things done and very professional! Cameron was fast, organized and clean! My meal was fresh, hot and very good! I even paid-it-forward that day and paid for the guys meal behind me!

UPDATE: this is an edit to my initial post from a year ago. Two weeks ago I made a return trip to this particular Burger King. I've seen MANY NEW faces (including managers) come and go over the past year BUT there remains one constant and that is the exemplarary customer service that I've received and continue to receive from Mr. Cameron Williams. I'm not quite sure of his title but I do believe he's a manager. He works very hard and truly cares about his customer's satisfaction. He's courteous, kind and professional to say the least and his service is fast as well. Great Customer service is hard to find these days in the fast food business.
I'm ALWAYS impressed when I see him hard at work there. Other establishments would be so lucky to have someone on their team as efficient and attuned to their job as this young man is! He is appreciated! Keep up the EXCELLENT job, sir!

This BK for years has had its share of problems. Today when I went in with my fiance the food, and service was amazing. If you haven't been here in awhile, I suggest giving them a shot again. Excellent!

6 + Years i have been going to this Burger King 👑. Recently it got a better Staff.. That really does it your way. Plus they have customer appreciation.

doesn’t matter how busy or short-staffed the restaurant is running, order-takers are always pleasant and the food comes out hot and fresh. I’ll be back again soon!

The new manager, does such a beautiful Job, corporate Guys, would be Proud..

I don’t really eat out, but when I do it’s this Burger King. Shocked with the reviews because every time I go I have no complaints. Food always hot and good, clean, accurate order, friendly staff. Hands down the only decent fast food place in Palm Bay.

I just left there with my mother and my son I got my food around 9 :11 am the girl in the the girl in the Drive-Thru window was very nice very professional and she also was fast a good experience at this Burger King I'll be coming next week Sunday morning on my day off again.

I’ve had terrible experiences w all the burger kings in brevard & honestly I gave up going but my kids were asking for it so I gave this specific location a shot & omg may I say I am so satisfied food service atmosphere everything was great a nice quick fast food stop for the kids they enjoyed every second as did I . Shout out to the manager Dia and her crew working 09/08/23 11am shift she she really is doing an amazing job running this B.K & I just wanted to let them shine because I feel like fast food workers don’t get the respect they deserve when they work so hard ! 5 stars will be back soon c:

Very quick service and easy to work with. Was able to accomodate a custom request for me. My cashier (bigger white guy with black headband) was awesome and very enthusiastic 👍

Business friendly. Exceptional service. They gave me extra food for just waiting not very long. Good food.

I saw a lot of low ratings. I went there unexpectedly for lunch on my son's birthday and they were so nice to us. None of us had any complaints about the food or the service :-)

The manager Shavon had excellent customer service skills, if he doesn’t already he definitely deserves to run this place!

This Burger King is just amazing! Food fresh every single time doesn’t matter the time in the day you’re always going to get fresh and hot food AND I LOVE IT! Whoever is taking over now keep up the amazing work everyone at that Burger King is doing an awesome job!

Service was fast and the workers were very friendly. My food was nice and hot when I ate it and everything tasted very good!

2 Whopper Jr 2 small fries $6.41. What's not to love. Traditional Whopper flame grilled flavor. Fries not as good as they used to be, but what else is?

This burger king makes good burgers. It's hard to get great fast food that is constantly good all the time. I have been here a few times around the clock, and it seem that every one is on the same page. Now some times that is hard to to do in fast food....

My order was ready quickly. The burgers are still big. The food tasted great. A+

These guys are always awesome day crew or night! I moved recently and tried the Babcock store and I won’t go back! It’s worth going a little back tracking to see these beautiful people! This is not a fun job let’s face it but they all have a great attitude and do their best to get it right an be in a good mood n it’s not an act! Y’all rock! ❤💋🌹🙏

Walked in a lil while ago and was waiting for my food with my kids. I was going through something really hard with my family and going through all these heightened emotions i was stressing and all i wanted was a milkshake . I work 7 days a weeks have two jobs and a start up that im working on with three kids . Im always on the go and hardly have tome to eat id admit my face showed it but the staff was just awesome . A young man made sure i got my milkshake . Made my day
