I can't believe anyone has had a bad experience here. I have been here 3 times and have always had awesome experiences. It's friendly and inviting. The people that work there make you feel at home. Maybe the people with bad experiences were trying to do something stupid. They helped me out of a huge jam. I adore these people. Thank you.

Went for a loan on our AR, got exactly what we wanted for it. Devan was super helpful, told us of some range options in the area we were not aware of as we are new to the area. Small store but very clean and orderly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Welcomed me the moment I walked in, and it just got better from there. Aria, was the wonderful employee helping me sell old ,broken no good to me jewelry. Extremely good price, made my day (as well as the friend I took it in there for she gave me half!!!) Highly recommend

Well, I drove about 40 miles to buy a Guitar from them. When I showed up, the guitar was exactly as represented, in fact, probably a little better. I glanced to my right and saw a gorgeous. Gibson 335 made a deal I bought that too I did not have my glasses on and I did not look the Gibson over very well. Just knew it was gorgeous and I had to have it. When I got at home, I realized it was a fake Gibson. I call them up. No problem , Bring it back. They refunded my money. I really thought I was gonna be in for a fight. Absolutely not the case they were very honorable. It was an honest mistake. I know guitars pretty well and I didn't catch it at first. Very very reputable people in fair prices

Jamie at Value Pawn was helpful and on point when I made a watch purchase at this location. I spotted a Seiko SKX013 watch with various quality of life modifications (Saph crystal, ceramic bezel insert, display back w/ NE15C movement among other things). While I don't generally purchase from pawn shops, Jamie made the whole transaction a breeze with a smile on her face. Thank you!!

I have to give the store some credit. I know it gets busy but the workers their always try their best to give their full service to everyone. I had a wonderful lady name Jennifer she helped me out alot. When i needed a ring size check she helped me, also when i bought a ring from their it was super easy to set up a payment plan and pay monthly. Also bought a couple of phones from their which i am still using it till this day. She help me out until i was super satisfied. If you are looking for deal ask gor jennifer she your girl!!!

I've never done one of these reviews before but after I told my sister about it, she said I should.

I'm always out and about looking for deals on tools and firearms, mostly rifles, so I stop in the local pawn stores from time to time.
Usually the employees are very helpful at these places. But a few days ago at Value Pawn on Palm Bay Rd I ran into an employee by the name of Jessica that was pretty darn rude.
I don't know what I did to get such attitude from her. She was just snappy and condescending. All in all she made me feel uncomfortable.

Rather than give her any attitude in return I just chose to walk away and was about to leave and never return. Then I ran into another employee who was very helpful, polite and friendly. It turned out she was a manager named Michelle. I realize I should've said something to her about the other woman, but I didn't want cause any problems.

But I hope someone sees this and realizes that having employees with bad attitudes is bad for business.

I will continue to shop there only because the manager made up for the other employee's rudeness.

I have been going to Value Pawn for a few years and I have always gotten excellent service. All of the girls that work there will go above and beyond to help. I was in today and per usual Amanda was helpful and friendly. After she completed my transaction we just had a nice chat about how we were doing and how life was going. I always have a great experience when I go to Value Pawn. I usually wait for Jessica to wait on me when she is available. She is always friendly and helpful and asks how my health is and how things are going. Amanda and Jenn are always willing to take the time and show you whatever item you are looking at and are very knowledgeable about their inventory. All in all, the service is great, the girls are amazing and if it's a loan or you are selling an item, I highly suggest you take a trip to Value Pawn. You will walk out with a smile on your face.

From the moment I walk into this store I feel welcome. Everyone here has a great attitude, and is willing to negotiate a price that is reasonable for both of us, buying or selling. Whether it is Aria, Shauna, Jessica, Devien, or Rasheed...they got you covered!
